Very helpful, takes some doing to get them installed, but haven't had a single problem with them since.

Takes alot to install.but worth it..I will say the motors have to be put on opposite sides from what they say or won't go in..and the wiring to the motors have to be unpinned and re pinned other wise steps close when door opens and opens when closed.the purple wires thst connect could be a little clearer for Individuals.but once I looked up the wiring schematic.it all comes into light..other wise works as should and you will love them!

First, the product arrived damaged. The packaging that it came in should’ve had more protection around the steps.Secondly, I had to pay someone to help with the install since the wiring harness was reversed. The steps would close when the door was opened.The instructions that it came with was not clear. It showed the motor to be installed on the rear arm. But the wiring wouldn’t reach.The list goes on and on. Can’t believe I had to pay someone to help figure this out.I should’ve just returned it when I opened it and saw the dents.

Bought the steps because family members too short to comfortably get in and out of a pickup cab! The steps are wide, lighted for nite time use, cover extended or crew cabs, and retract! Can't ask for more than that! The width of the step is a big attraction as most all other steps are narrow and close to the body not allowing for good foot placement when wet or in ice and snow conditions. I think they're great!

Took a whole day to install it by myself. Doable if u have the tools and general knowledge of how things work, had to flip the motors and let the company know of why they don’t work they way they say they do, should be fixed now, wiring is straight forward, just have to read the whole thing very carefully.
