For sizing purposes, I'm 5'9,190 lbs and ordered an XL and it fits perfectly. The material is very durable and running in it wasn't a problem at all. Used it for the first time this morning and I can confirm it really works! I didn't think I would be sweating this much from a 1.5 mile jog, but wearing the hood and pants proved me wrong. I usually have a hard time sweating unless it's a rigorous run or extremely hard workout, but this suit does the trick. I highly recommend this product if you want a reason to sweat and some motivation to start that workout journey you've been pushing off for a few months now.

Works great. This suit is no joke.Only problem i had is on the fifth use i was tying the waistband & it ripped.

Fits small wear XL would buy 2X next time just depends on how you like it to fit

I had an allergic reaction to the material used for lining of the jacket. . However the suit does work well and does help with sweating more.

Had this for couple years. Use it during boxing training / circuit. This sauna is still in great condition up to date.Excellent sauna!
