Eight Flavor Rehmanni Extract (Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan)

I was prescribed these by my Chinese doctor following my first accupuncture procedure for menopause and general well being. I suffer from low energy and insomnia. You take 8 of these little round pills 3 times a day before meals and I have to say, they are making me feel better. I ran out of them and could tell the difference. The bottle contains 200 pills but they only last 8.33 days so I'd suggest getting enough bottles to last a few weeks so you can tell if they work for you or not. By the way, she charged me $12.00 for the bottle they sell here on Amazon for $4.99.

You must take as directed for several months to achieve results. It is good for your liver. I highly recommend this product. But you must take it 3 times a day for several months to achieve good results.

Was diagnosed with Grave's Disease back in 2004:T3 and T4 were above normal when first diagnosed, TSH non-existent, TSI:124, pulse ran at 88-94 when resting, with no other symptoms. Now with this product T3 just inside normal, T4 just over normal, TSI down to 53, TSH still non-existent, pulse now 68-74 when resting, feel great and NEVER drank radio-active iodine like those in Japan and Eastern Europe. I did get an ultrasound though...With this product, accupuncture and cannibis that reduces T3+T4 by 25-29% I hope to keep my thyroid functioning without thyroxine for life. Goal is to get my TSI down in the signal digits and my TSH giving some reading, then I know my auto-immunity is going away...Sidenote: TSH readings lag T3 and T4 by 2-5 months...be patient...I get lab work quarterly, so I can track all my immune system response. Also check your vitamin D levels, especially in the winter. You may be dangerously low. I was 9 in December when normal is 30-90. I supplement in the winter with 10k and summer with 5k...Also take 4k omega-3 per day for systemic inflammation control...

These are great quality. I have an Rx from a Chinese Herbalist. Do not take these unless you do too. They are more expensive on Amazon than an herb store but then it 1.5 hours to the herb store. I love Amazon shipping right to my front door. Totally worth it.

Definately relieved symptoms during the day. Have used for 6 weeks. Still having night sweats. But not all night. It did advise to use for several months before deciding. I may go ahead and order more before I give up.
