My household has only eaten one bag of these, but I am not opening the other bags until we are ready to finish them because they are addictive. These were super tasty and moist and I think the almond flour makes them melt in your mouth. The lemon flavor had a nice punch. The only bummer is that mine arrive safely packed in a cardboard box, but somehow the cookies were still largely crumbled up. When I opened my bag at the top, some cookie powder exploded out the top, but that was a minor annoyance. The cookies were great and I felt compelled to lick the crumbs out.One concern was the amount of erythritol in these. I do not think this ingredient is that healthy and sometimes in large quantities it can cause me GI distress. I also find it tastes a little minty, but that did not seem to be an issue for these cookies. I personally ate half a bag because my husband will not eat that ingredient at all and then I could not help myself but eat the rest of the bag later in the day. I did not experience any upset stomach issues. I still would be happier eating this product if the ingredient was eliminated completely as I think there are other healthy sweetener options available on the market.In the meantime I was very pleased with these!

They don't taste very sweet, which I guess is because they don't use traditional sugar as a sweetener but instead use Stevia and Monk Fruit Extract. These leave an aftertaste on my tongue that I am not crazy about, but it goes away. The texture of the cookies is light and crumbly, so I would be careful because you will likely end up with some mess. The size makes them perfect for snacking and keep in mind that one bag is 2 servings, not one. They are a bit pricey, but if you are on a limited diet, these are a tasty option.

While I'd prefer these not be sweetened with erythritol, they're pretty good. Very oily texture like many keto cookies like this can be, but have a nice sweet lemony taste.

The cookies were fresh.The flavor was a pleasant, strong lemon. The texture of the cookie is a little crumbly but not bad. The lemon covered up most of the almond flour flavor if one doesn't like that taste. They did leave a lasting, oily after taste in my mouth. I didn't care for that. My tongue felt coated in oil even though the cookie itself didn't taste greasy.Since I'm sensitive to the after effects of sugar alcohols I only had a couple at a time. One needs to read the ingredients and be aware of how they react to Erythritol. Personally, I would have preferred if they only used Stevia and made the cookies less sweet than to have included Erythritol.Overall, it is a good sweet option for those on low carb/KETO diets. Just research the ingredients. If lingering after taste or coating on the mouth is an issue these may not be for you. The value is average to good compared to other low carb treats.

This is a review for the 3-pack of mini lemon-flavored cookies by Highkey. If you are on a low carb diet, these are great for helping satisfy your sweet tooth without carrying the sugars and carbs that will kick you out of ketosis. On serving of 7 mini cookies contributes 1 net carb once you deduct fiber and sugar alcohols. I've been a fan of Highkey cookies for a few years as they are made in the US (Ferndale, WA) and most have a really good flavor.The only downside to their cookies is price and texture - they are going to run fairly high for a small amount of product, and they cookies can crumble very easily. I think those are my biggest complaints, but it's still a great product that I purchase when I see them on sale. At roughly $5/pouch, it's on the high side, but I can't argue that their flavors are really good and don't spike my blood glucose. Overall, I'd recommend these when you can get them on sale.

These are actually delicious. I read no reviews prior to trying, so I was completely unbiased. They are mini cookies and you need to be mindful of the serving size, but they were certainly delicious. The price is a little high, but anyone looking for a quality low sugar dessert knows you get what you pay for.

Very good lemon cookies for those looking for a gf protein filled snack. They're small, but mighty. I can't eat but one or two at a time nut it's good the bag zips closed. Very fresh upon arrival. Sort of like lemon spritzers, only not.
