I purchased this to do microneedling on my scalp. It is great because it has a reservoir for sanitizing after use. It is also adjustable for depth, which I really like. Instructions outline the purposes of various depths. The design is perfect, and the reservoir/cap acts as a stand on the vanity.It doesn't cause pain or bleeding. It works great for the scalp, even with long hair.Only time will tell, how effective it is in helping with hair thinning. In 6 to 9 months, I will update the review to report a follow up.

Microneedling stamp works as described. As long as you are diligent about sanitizing the stamper, you will have good results. I have only used it once, but love the adjustable needle length. Going above "2" is not recommended, unless you know what you're doing.

This item is pretty simple, but it works! There's really not much more to say, except if you're looking for a stamp for your scalp, this is the one. I've not used it on my skin.I think it would be too harsh but it does work on your scalp

I like this. I do wish they had made it easier to clean by having a lid that you could put the alcohol in to clean it. I do like that it adjustable heights of the needles. This lets you have more control over it and also work your way up to a good therapeutic length. It is luckily easy to use and set the mm length by twisting the handle. Seems well constructed.

Love that it has multiple needle lengths. I’ve been told to use anything from 0.5 to 1.5 and this has helped me determine which is best. Very easy to use.

Wow!!I love this! I love that it was very affordable. I love that It was super easy to use. I love that. It’s easy to clean. And I love love love that you can adjust the needle to whatever length you want. Highly recommend will buy again.

I think it’s better that the derma roller.I purchase a derma roller first and it caused breakage from the rolling motion. I purchased the stamp and I can stamp right in the area I need it to be. And you have different lengths you can choose from. I recommend this.
