I decided to try this product because I didn’t want injections. I had a hard time in injections due to constipation issues. I did not know Kourtney Kardashian was connected to this product. I have to say I am impressed. I began at a weight of 259 pounds and I am now 252 pounds. I am not constipated at all. I have felt as if my appetite has decreased, but I am making healthier decisions when it comes to the food that I eat because I have more time to concentrate on is nutritional value before I eat it. Before if I was hungry, I eat whatever in sight now that the hunger has suppressed, I can think about what I’m gonna put in my mouth which to me is a huge game changer. Before on the injections, I was dealing with a lot of dehydration and constipation with this product. I have not had that issue. I am only two weeks in and I have already lost 7 pounds. I know it’s not water weight per se because I am on a diuretic for high blood pressure so that doesn’t have anything to do with it. I began Zepbound injections in April for weight loss and I lost 30 pounds but, I weaned off of Zepbound in September. By December I was gaining the weight back and decided as a resolution to use pills that encouraged the GLP1 hormone to activate in my gut naturally. I take two eat to follow capsule's daily in the morning and I purchase a 30 day supply. I’m on my 2nd week. I coupled it with a B12 vitamin because I was prepared to feel groggy or sleepy on the medication because that’s what the injection did to me, but it has not been that at all. I have experienced no stomach upset at all. I’m very grateful for the daily go if you know what I mean. I highly recommend this product.

I have taken this for about three weeks and what they don’t tell you is the horrible side effects. I began with extreme head aches and drowsiness. It’s not worth it at all. The side effects are just too much to tolerate. I’m just a little upset I spent so much money on this product.

I wasn’t expecting dramatic results right away, but after one month of consistent use, I’ve lost 3lbs—without making any major changes to my routine. It’s clearly not as potent as a GLP-1 shot, but for a more natural alternative, I’m really happy with the outcome so far. It took a little time to notice the difference, but I’ll definitely be repurchasing to keep the momentum going.

Does not do what is advertised ... at least for me. Ordered 3 bottles and am reviewing after taking product for 3 months. Very pricey! Product does not reduce hunger or cravings. Very disappointed.

Used this for a month.. took it daily. I think it definitely helped with my weight loss. I did this as well as calorie deficit and they worked amazing together. Did not affect my energy but did make me less hungry.

It works well for the first 2 months then the effectiveness declines and so do the results

It’s been 4 days on it and let me tell you I’m not constantly thinking about food anymore ! It has really cut my appetite and snack cravings through out the day. I take 2 every morning on an empty stomach with my coffee and I don’t start to feel hungry until about 12ish and then when I eat I get full fast. I also don’t have any symptoms from it. No fast heart beat or nausea feeling like other weight loss meds. I’m so excited for this product. It’s not cheap but it’s so worth the money in my opinion. I just hope it continues to work! I will be buying another bottle in a few weeks to continue this journey.

Update: I have used this for 2 months now and haven't see a difference in my weight loss; actually, I gained 5lbs. :( I wanted to continue using this for 3 months as they suggest however, I'm afraid of the weight gain during this time. I'm going to finish the bottle with hopes of something great happening....I was hesitant about buying this however, the first day taking it, I realized my hunger was gone that afternoon. Since I have trouble with snacking in the afternoon/evening, I decided to take this in the afternoon (3pm). This seems to help me with the amount I eat at dinner which has helped me lose 3lbs. in 1 week without trying. I'm going to continue taking this until the time my cruise comes up...hopefully, I can drop that 20lbs. I want to lose by then.
