Easy to use and very sturdy.

No fuss ladder
I had a similar product that had some glaring flaws (the ladder feet slipped and the locking system was difficult). I didn’t want to replace an item I already had but on a whim I bought this one. I’m happier now with a thin ladder that is solid, non-slip, with a fuss-free locking and unlocking mechanism.

Sturdy, perfect height for my home, and I feel safe in it!
Durable quality, easy to use and fold to store, just the right height to reach my ceilings, and feels very sturdy. I actually feel safe on it even when I’m on the top step. Great design, extremely functional, and perfect reach height for my needs. I was safely able to change my garage door opener light bulb as well as the light bulbs in my fixtures around the house.

Great Ladder
I bought this to do some painting in the house and it was perfect. What I like most is the platform on top that holds the can of paint.It's sturdy and easy to put together.

No usable assembly instructions!!!
The ladder itself is fine; a quality piece of equipment. I’d give it five stars, but what knocks off a star is the assembly instruction sheet - or lack there-of. There are no text instructions at all - just a couple of illustrations that are so tiny, and so blurry, that they’re absolutely useless. It would be easy enough to install the included hardware, except that there are an unexplained spare or two of each piece of assembly hardware, such that you can’t be sure if you’ve missed something. I checked the company web site and googled the internet for better written assembly instructions, and I did a YouTube search for video instructions, but I could locate nothing. I eventually completed the assembly, in the absence of usable instructions, but it was tougher than it needed to be. Come on, manufacturer (or distributor), you can do better!
