Excellent quality, easy to follow instructions and looks and performs great. No missing parts, extra screws and a screwdriver for assembly. I built it for display in my den and have received many compliments from friends and family. It’s become quite the conversation piece. I’m going to purchase another one for my eleven year old grandson and we’ll assemble it together. It’s a great value for the money.

We had a broken blade in our Playz V8 Model Engine. When I contacted customer service by email Janne with Customer Care took care of us. When the replacement part was sent it arrived promptly and my Grandson who is 11 was able to finish his project. This was our first purchase though Playz, well made product, the description of engine is right on. This has been a great teaching tool for my Grandson- and his Papa enjoyed teaching him the functionality of the parts as they put together.

This was a a ton of fun to put together with my two daughters. The instructions are very thorough and make assembly very understandable. Product is made from quality material and is will labeled.I had one issue that was totally my own fault, but customer service was very friendly and helpful and acted in a very fast manner. My son and I had a blast putting this model together. Lots of detail and opportunities for conversation about how and why it works the way it does. I will also note that it has a fair number of delicate plastic pieces, care should be used when assembling. In fact, my son accidentally broke one piece - but Playz came through in a big way. Those kind folks were very supportive over email and sent a replacement part quickly.A+ product and an A+ company. Definitely recommend.

My 12 year old is very into model engine building and asked for this kit. He has sat intently for hours working on it. A couple parts have failed during the installation. A few he felt weren’t “too” important, but the fan belt snapped with little effort. Not sure if replacement parts are available for purchase.

I purchased and put together the inline 6 cylinder engine. There was one part that had a little flaw to it and was creating a "thunking" sound when the engine was operating. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent a replacement part and then even followed up later to make sure everything was working for me. Who does that now-a-days! The engine is great and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Playz.com!

Great fun for any age. Bought this for a son-in-law and he says its great and you do it enough til you get it right. Easy and fun for all ages, great value
