i had these item for 6 months and it finally died this week, works when it wonts too, most of the time it doesnt , for no reason, it does not matter if it has a full charge or not, next issue is cleaning it, you have to hand wash this, no putting it in the dishwasher, plus the mixing blade is not removeable , so cleaning the bottom of the cup is almost impossible, without breaking the mixing blade, so now i use it as a shacker bottle, till i can find something a whole lot better than this

UDATE: It died after four months ! It has a full charge, but the agitator won't spin. Four stars to one star.I was very pleasantly surprised, almost shocked, at how well it worked ! I bought it exclusively to mix psyllium powder and water. It's nigh impossible to do with just stirring a spoon. (It did nothing to help with the taste, but that's beside the point.) Part of my surprise is because it was the least expensive one sold on Amazon. Which would explain my only quibble with it.The connection between the USB recharging cord and the container's base is quite loose. It easily unplugs itself. Also, the included instructions are a cruel joke. The font is so tiny you need a magnifying glass to read it. And then it doesn't say very much. For example, the light is red while charging, and blue when fully charged. But I am quite pleased with this purchase. I would recommend it to anyone facing the daunting task of drinking psyllium powder mix !

Update: I charged the cup all day, put it in the cupboard and it wouldn’t work at all today. In the trash it went.I was looking for a smaller mixer cup and despite other reviews I decided to risk buying this one. I don’t need it to be super powerful, but this barely mixes the powder unless it is fully and recently charged. The charging port is on the bottom of the cup, which isn’t a deal breaker, but not convenient, and it barely holds a charge so it must be plugged in frequently. I would not recommend this cup, unfortunately.

My son is new to protein shakes but he absolutely loves this automatic shaker. It is very durable and the charge last longer than expected. I highly recommend this cup if you are on a tight budget!

Won't recommend at all. It stopped working in few days.

The media could not be loaded. The cup’s motor is loud, low quality plastic, cap lid does not close securely. I only liked its price.
