This is an updated review based on customer support. When I posted my first review with issues I was having I was directly contacted to find a way to resolve my concerns, for which I am adding a positive review, as I think just seeing amazing customer support makes me feel more confident in the product.Original reviewIn general it has good features. Things I like:- being able to track activities- the screen is well designed- seems sturdy- GPS seems to be accurate, although sometimes takes longer to start.- cool features for blood pressure, blood oxygen, stress, etc.- responsive customer serviceThings that need to be adjusted:- the fact that band cannot be changed is a complaint - band does not feel comfortable and would be good to have an option. It is easy to remove so having different types of bands or allowing for customizing would be great.- cannot add activity that you did not start manually (supposed to do that automatically /recognize different activities but does not do it consistently).- the app is very limited and design is poor - too much info in some areas and too little available info in others. Would be great to be able to remove some of the things not being used or not wanted.- not accurate in tracking sleep (saying I'm asleep when I'm awake)- not consistent in Tracking heart rate during excersises.- the alarm or other sounds cannot be fully silenced and the vibration even on high is not great.- the messages/emails from phone do not sync consistently and there is no way to respond or use quick responses.Overall good quality watch and complaints listed are not significantly interfering with its functioning.

If anyone is into technology I will definitely, encourage someone to purchase this watch. The screen is very bright the quality is very good. One thing that I don't like about the watch is the fact that the band is made of silicone. After a while when you sweat it just dry out the band. But, hopefully they have a alternative band you can purchase. But all hands down i green like this watch 💯.

I had a Kospet Tank 3 Ultra and decided to try their new X2 model. The display and the battery life are really outstanding. After 5 days the battery is still at 90%. Notifications are quite improved. In the Tank there seems to be a portion of the message - i.e. up to some character length that is shown. On the X2 the full message is there and you can scroll through it. The menu and watch faces are comparable and the functionality is excellent. The Heart rate at rest seems to be very accurate. The numbers during exercise are not accurate . The blood pressure on both does not match anything from a blood pressure machine. Alarms, tracking of exercise and choice of exercise and auto selection of exercise all work well. Notifications are better than their previous model, you can actually read much more of the message

I've been a fan of the bar-style smart watch for a while, and wanted to try something that was not circular. This bar style is more intuitive for scrolling up and down to access functions, and this watch has a lot! I rely on the heart rate monitor and sleep monitor daily, and pairing it to my phone allows for weather forecasts which is useful at a glance. The silicone strap is ideal for comfort and forms a good taper around the wrist. I'm a huge fan of only charging it once a week overnight and the battery life has been great. The screen has has good resolution and covered by a strong and responsive glass.

Despite the watch's excellent construction, its software and operation are inconsistent. Some days it will work properly and some days it won't with no changes in settings. Even with a full Bluetooth connection, the watch's phone function intermittently works. The system blends emails and messages, making them hard to tell apart, and it does not always capture all of your messages or emails. When using the timer, when time runs out, there is no alarm or alert. The health functions work fine.

I've always been a fan of Kospet, and had a Tank X1 for about two years. I loved that device and was thrilled that they finally came out with the X2 Ultra.If the X1 was the "warm up act"... the X2 is definitely the headliner. These things earned their name of "tank" - they're tough and solid. I've had Xaomi Mi Bands, and those are nice - but the comparison would be like the Xaomi Mi band being a Toyota corolla vs. the Kospet Tank X1 being an Abram's Tank! I've found the fitness tracking to be quite accurate, and closely in-sync with my MyZone MZ3 Heart-rate monitor, and for a wrist-worn device that's a great thing!On top of that, one of the best things bout the X2 (in addition to GPS built in!) is that you can make and receive calls. This is an outstanding device and I'd highly recommend it.

First of the watch is a very good watch. The reason for the low rating is the wristband. The band broke after 3 day of normal wear. Luck for me Amazon replace the watch. Yes...the whole watch because according to Kospet support. THE IS NO BAND REPLACEMENT FOR THE X2 ULTRA. There no aftermarket band as well. The only one that works is the one that comes with the watch. The watch itself has a nice rugged, look good appeal to it. The app seem to function for the most part. I dont know how accurate iit is because im not trying to the hospital to compare it to Hospital equipment. Bluetooth goes in and out and the call and text notification works most of time. Some app notification just don't appear on the watch even when they appear on the phone I like the watch despite it's flaws but wouldn't keep because of the wristband

I really like the slim form factor and minimalist design of this watch. Has all the basic features you could want from a smart watch with a really bright, nice display. It has a quality build - not cheap like so many other smart watches these days. It feels like it could take a beating and keep on ticking.
