it works in 2024 LEXUS RX 350h.The only con i can think of it's it's too bulky and hard to stuff everything into the available space

This works with my 2024 Subaru Outback Touring trim with the rearview mirror that's also a screen and the three-camera EyeSight configuration.Dongar was sold old, so I took at risk and bought from this random companyPros:* It works* It's availableCons:* Disconnect lever to unplug male adapter doesn't work, needed to use a pry tool to re-connect it* USB-port is hardwired, this makes it difficult to install it so that it's accessible outside the mirror housing. I wish I had gotten a version of this with a plug for the USB port.

Package comes with all the tools you will need except for a Phillips screwdriver, YouTube the install first, there’s a guy with a TRD ORP and he shows how to do it, it really is pretty simple. Parts fit perfectly.

Very simple and easy to install. I would say it is plug and play; it only took about 5 minutes to set everything up. This will make your life easier, and for that reason, I highly recommend it.
