Can be used as 12v source if you cut off USB interface and solder the +-12VDC properly
Provided 12vdc for my Blackvue 900X after I cut off the USB converter. Worked great in my 2024 Lexus GX550.

Super easy and a must have for dash cam or GPS
This simple cable is a game changer! You unplug the existing cable and insert this one in line with the existing one, peel the double-sided tape off the USB plug, and you are good to go. Use one of the included short cables to plug in your dash cam, GPS, or phone. No more long cables dangling down and plugging into USB ports randomly located in the care or cigarette lighter ports. The entire job from start to finish took me about 5 minutes.

Works as intended
This made installing my dash cam super easy! I drive a 2020 Subaru Outback and everything worked as intended. The one MINOR complaint is the adhesive failed within a month. But that is super easy to replace/fix.

Good item worth buying. Works well with my 2025 Lexus IS350.
Works as described. The port / adapter is well made. Because the item needs to be put in the box attached to the windshield, where in the summer will be very hot, it will take time to see whether the product can hold in that kind of harsh situation. Hope it can hold. Currently, the only point needs to be improved is the sticker used to attach the port (connect to the USB cable to the Dashcam), if the manufacturer can use 3M product, it will be much better. The current one has no brand, and looks not so good. But it is not a big issue, as we can replace it if it doesn't stick.
