Easy to install and adapt to my need
Great product. I needed a a way to get extra space on my desk and the screen further from me at the same time ( people 50+ will understand why š) and this does the job perfectly. It is very adjustable and one can get infinite screen positions with it. The installation was easy and it support my screen without any Problem.Thanks.

Good stuff
When you sit in front of your computer all day, get yourself decent stuff that makes you comfortable and productive. I have two 27ā monitors on mine.I have tried other cheap arms in the past, particularly ones that sit on the desk and they suck. Edge clamping is much more sturdy.

Awful design.
If you have a monitor that doesn't have the vesa mounting points in the center of the monitor, you can't mount the monitor in portrait orientation. Since the weight isn't centered when the monitor is vertical, the monitor will spin freely, because these geniuses don't give you the ability to tighten that aspect of the arm. It LOOKS like if you take the bolt out that allows you to detach the vesa mount from the arm, then you could tighten that bolt. The one end that you can see (on the vesa mount, the side that would be facing the monitor) is terminated. So if you detach it so you can see the other side of it, you figure you can tighten it from there. Nope. It's a circular input with no ability to be adjusted.I bought an Ergotron arm for my main monitor and figured I didn't need a nice arm for my second display but was apparently wrong. I guess this is to be expected from a cheap product though. Looks like it'd be a decent arm if you were mounting your monitor in landscape, but I need my second display in portrait.I'm honestly amazed about the lack of thought there. It would have been just as easy to simply give us another adjustable bolt there to be able to control the spin of the monitor. Apparently that's asking too much though.

Get what you pay for. It's worth the price!
Hard to beat.Lots of niggling issues: Monitors hinging at vertical rotation tend to not stay in place. Fair bit of vibration carries through stands. Not a fan of the cable management channels. Would like wider under clamps. I could have personally used slightly longer monitor arms, but they're serviceable for 24" or smaller. All in all they are not bad! I would easily buy a third if I had the use for it. Prefer 2 of these to a dual stand.Recommend monitor arms ONLY if your desk is NOT against a wall. Be mindful of the vice clamps. They're functional, but you may need/want a short wood plank underneath whatever surface you're bracing.

very well built works with a 21lb apple imax computer reversed the stand
Ok 1st as you can see I mounted it upside down and to a 27" imac that weighs 21 lb. You can see I have a tight tolerance to the granite counter as that is where the air vents are located. There was a little to much give in the tube and had to modify it with a bi fold bottom door bracket to keep it from moving and works perfectly. 2nd The tilt angle I had to adjust many times as there is some movement after hooking the vesa on the tilt angle, and as you can see the 5mm hex key bolt almost stripped out. I never use there hex keys but mine on a ratchet gear wrench hex set. Its marked as a 8.8 bolt but its to soft for for that. My two bolts holding the arm in place are 8.8 bolts with metal bracket on the inside of cabinet and it is a lot tighter than what I did on the angle bar. Adjusting the angle so many times to get the right angle and needing to tighten it down to hold the weight well you can see. [ I need the bolt thread count and size so I can get one here ] if I need to adjust it again.other than that one problem unit works as great. this was one of the only ones that supports 22 lb monitors and had a 15.5 in with angle bracket turned at 90 degrees / 18 in if fully extended. So if anyone is doing a mount like this it will work just fine and better if mounting a monitor onlyOK UPDATE : called Amazon about the Allen head was striping they gave me a 5 dollar discount so I could buy a upgraded standard metric Allen head bolt that is a 8 x 1.25 x30mm length. Im pretty sure all the arm bolts are this size on the arm but mm ( length on all the rest are 25 mm probley)
