Perfect.

High quality item, nicely packaged and quickly despatched. However, too large for the job, my measurement error, so returned. Return process very easy and hassle free. Smaller version (250mm) ordered and quickly received. Perfect for my new workshop.

Good fan..fidley to fit
So a couple of point on install first. There are no screws to connect it to the wall just the holes so you'll need to find these yourself. Also no holes through the mesh so again you have to drill these if you are going to install it as it's optional. You may also need to bend the flap or flap casing to get them to open smoothly and close. Once installed it does it's job well but it is fidley.

12 inch extractor fan.Reasonably priced, great fan, extraction is brilliant, quietly run,2 pin plug but adapter included.Only thing it lacks, it does not come with screws to screw to wall.But very pleased with it
