Wonderful machine
This is great! I was trying to print something I could use for labels for my various projects I sell at the flea market. I was printing on copy paper and was going to tape them to my items. Did not look good. While searching for blank labels online I saw this. It was not expensive and was not sure if I could even operate it. Wow was I wrong. This is very easy to use and looks sooo much better than what I was going to do. I have already ordered more labels

Some issues, but would recommend
I only used the labels it came with, but I love it! Only have 2 complaints. One is it doesnât print top & bottom lines as strong as side lines on frames. It looks almost like itâs gradient. The second is it printed a little crookedâŚnot a lot, but I noticed it. Still did my new spice bottles with it & I still LOVE how it turned all out! First pic is what the app showed it would look like, 2nd pic what my label looked like & 3rd pic is my new spice rack with bottles with labels on them.

Set up was quick and easy using an Android device.
Setting up the PMS220S was straightforward. Please note that I only tried connecting using my Samsung phone, so I cannot speak to connectivity related to a PC or an iOS device. I was able to download the required âLabelnizeâ app from the Google Play Store without issue after which it connected to Bluetooth automatically. It came precharged, so I was able to turn it on immediately after unboxing to ensure workability without having to wait for it charge (C-charging cable is included). There are a variety of templates along with a few stock graphics one of which is a dog which you can see I added on a sample label. I can see this being of use if you are a small business owner needing to print âThank youâ labels or QR codes. Thereâs a template for address labels and maybe one could use another template for labeling items stored in a pantry. It uses thermal printing technology so thereâs no need for ink, but the printing quality is average, at best. It comes with a roll of 50mm x 30mm labels and I see that they offer other colors including pink and yellow as well as a round label for sale separately. It was thoughtfully packaged and arrived on time and was up and running quickly.

Easy to use, on either the PC or iPhone, took minutes to set up.
Once I received my printer, I looked at the instructions on this page which guided me to go to polono.com and install the PM220S Driver on my PC computer. I also downloaded the app for iOS called Labelnize, not knowing which one would be easier. Flexibility to have both options, especially when it comes to trying out the system to see which one works best. I think both are rather simple to use and pretty flexible depending on what you intended to print with your printer. I bought the printer to start with a project to organize my kitchen spices, so that theyâre all consistent. Printer instructions were to charge it for about 30 minutes and then it was good to go. The printer I received came complete with a roll of stickers that I could use for my project. Now that I have this printer, I look forward to buying different size label/stickers so that I can use it for other projects. I can imagine printing out shipping labels and address labels will be the next thing Iâll do. Overall, Iâm quite happy with this product.

Order twice; both defective; 0 support; wish i could give 0 stars too
I wanted to like this product. It is a thermal printer which means I don't have to worry about ink. it was a big part of what drew me to getting this, that and the fact that it was reasonably priced. anyways, here's a rundown of my experience with this itemPros:1) Set up is very easy, including connecting to the app and device2) Label customization is fairly simply, however there was a slight learning curve. I didn't need anything special so I got a label set up the way I liked it, and then saved the template. That's about all the good I can say about this label maker...here are the consCons:1) Label maker prints are not very deep. Blacks look gray even when you choose bold fonts.2) Label rolls are not seated in the machine firmly. this means that the labels often will feed into the printer at angles, or won't be centered. this also means that you constantly are opening and reseating the labels into the feeder and it is such a pain. there is a label spool adjustment handle inside the housing, however, no matter what you do to tighten it, it still won't tightly hold the spool in place. so you basically have to finick with it until the paper is oriented properly and hope that the label that is printed is complete. It has been a nightmare.3) The printer started only printing only half of the label, which means that it was wasting labels. Even when I did get it to print out, I'm still having tons of labels wasted, a) because it is not printing properly, and b) because the only way to get it to print the entire label was to open and reseat the label roll into the feeder which often caused full prints to be angled and/or uncentered.4) SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT: The label maker stopped printing the entire label, so after seeing that the return window had passed on my first purchase, I contacted support hoping that they would either tell me what i needed to do to fix the issue, or to replace the defective item with a properly working device. After a week of waiting, there was no response at all from Polono to their own website's help inquiry. Currently it has been several weeks without a response.5) I purchased a second label maker hoping that I'd get a better experience since support snubbed me. I absolutely did not. The printer started off by printing the label at a 90 angle to the left/right, again wasting valuable labels since it printed them out on two labels. when i finally was able to get the printer to print properly, it was faded to the point where it was blurry and extremely gray rather than black. It was almost unreadable, and the worst part is that i was using bold and large font sizes in an attempt to make my labels easy to read. Totally failed from the first print. So i went back to the original printer because while it does print labels halfway, when it does print the full label, it is at least legible. the second one purchased is so bad that it is unusable and i'm returning it.6) The app experience is less than ideal. While you do have lots of customization options, the app randomly will not orient the label properly despite it knowing what printer you have connected and the template. it just flips it and then prints it incorrectly. so you have to close the app and then reopen it repeatedly until it decides to orient labels correctly. often this takes several tries. It also will regularly stop you from printing, telling you to get genuine labels, which is really really frustrating since i don't have any labels that aren't genuine. For whatever reason it just doesn't detect the sticker with the genuine rfid tracker or whatever it is on the spool. Yet another fail.CONCLUSION: Polono is a big NO NO!!!! I had a really good experience with another Polono label maker and i continue to use that one without problems. however this model or maybe the brand at large is impressively bad. I personally will never buy from this company ever again, when i run out of label, this printer will go into the trash and i'll purchase something else in the hope that it works properly unlike this dumpster fire they call a label maker. I really do wish i could give it 0 stars.Update: still had labels and really needed to update some of my product pricing, however despite all my efforts, I cannot for the life of me get this printer to print even one label properly. Iâve uploaded a photo in order to show the absolute inability for this device to print anything properly. As you can see in the picture, the line is oriented correctly however the text boxes that contain the item description and price are at a 90 degree angle opposite to the line. Iâve already purchased an alternative because this is incapable of doing what it is designed to do. Also, I know this is not a user error because Iâve printed the same exact label template hundreds of other times correctly (with great struggle mind you to get them right). Honestly cannot say enough about how poor this product is. I strongly recommend that you find anything else to try rather than wasting money on these devices. Absolutely horrible device and Iâd wager they are a horrible business as well.

Super functional, keeps a good charge, portable, easy to use
If you are looking for a label maker that works great and is still affordable? This is definitely the perfect option for you! I have had it for awhile now and I use it to price all of my item for my small business, itâs super easy to work with, itâs small enough that you can carry it in a bag with you wherever you go, and the printing quality/color accuracy is so on point. My favorite label maker and the only one that has lasted me a long time!
