Elegant, functional, almost perfectly designed. And cute as hell.
AWESOME little timer. It's smaller than it looks in the pictures. It's about 1 3/4" or 44mm on a side. It's really the perfect size.I love that it is completely usable without ever pushing any buttons. There are two modes, selectable with a switch: controlled by gravity, and controlled by buttons. There is no hybrid mode. Gravity is irrelevant in one mode, and buttons are irrelevant in the other. In gravity-controlled mode, you cannot count UP, nor can you set your own custom countdown duration. But the times they give you are excellent: 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 25 minutes, and 50 minutes. Very practical for time-boxing your activities. While the timer is counting down in gravity-controlled mode, the duration it is counting down from is displayed on the top of the timer. To pause the timer, move its display to the top of the cube. It's possible to reset the timer to zero by pointing the display at the ground. This is handy if you want to *restart*, say, a 10-minute timer before it completely expires. But you could achieve the same by starting, say, a 5-minute timer, then immediately switching back to the 10-minute timer. The timer automatically shuts itself off if paused for more than 5 minutes. It appears that battery drain while off is extremely low. I've been using this timer for about a week and I have yet to need to recharge it.I love that I don't need to push any buttons to wake it up. The gravity sensor is very sensitive. If you lightly bump into the table, you will wake it up (it beeps once when it wakes up), so if you want complete silence for some reason, and you walk heavily, you might want to take that into account. While paused with the display on top, all the numbers on the sides are upside down. This is a little confusing, but easy enough to deal with. Sometimes it takes my brain a second to figure out what side I want to put on top. (Perhaps putting the numbers both right-side-up and upside-down on each side would help, but it might not look as nice.)The display protrudes about 2mm from the cube itself, meaning that if you place the device face-down on a hard surface, you could scratch the display. But only if you do this do the numbers on the sides appear right-side up. I can't bear the thought of leaving it with the display face down. So, when I'm not using it, the display is on top, and the numbers are all upside-down.In general, a fantastic, beautiful design. Very handy.

Essential task timer: Can effortless set a 5, 10, 25, 50 minute timer in an instant.
The media could not be loaded. This timer has become an indispensable tool during my workday. Its design allows me to keep careful track of time - especially during lengthy client calls - without disrupting the conversation. The ability to rotate the face and activate a subtle vibrate alert gives me a discreet reminder to transition back on task.I also enjoy its versatility. I use it not only for my calls but also to manage my breaks, lunches, and focused Pomodoro sessions. A switch on the back lets me choose between two modes: in the gravity countdown mode, the number printed on the top starts counting down on the screen, and if I reorient it vertically, the countdown pauses. Alternatively, the custom count up/down mode lets me either start from 00:00 and count up or enter a specific minute-and-second value for a countdown. (Though in custom mode you'll need to press the "ST/SP" again to stop the alert and restart the same interval when needed.)The timer offers two audible alarm settings as well as a silent, vibrate-only option, so I can choose the alert that best suits my environment. Charging is a breeze thanks to the included USB-C connection, and the battery lasts through an entire workweek. Plus, the high-contrast black-and-white screen provides clear visibility whether I'm in a brightly lit office or a darkened meeting room.

Good product, great vendor C/S, absolutely lousy Amazon customer service
I mentioned that I will update after I get the replacement. Here it is. I got the replacement, And the product still has lower alarm than I expected, but it was much much better than the first ones I received, so it seems like I got one from a bad batch. But more importantly, I got a message from the vendor just two days after my first review, as to what they would do to correct the situation. So I called Amazon CS to follow-up on that. And that's when the nightmare started. I was on the chat line with Amazon for 1 1/2 hours, and during that time I was switched around between 5 CS reps. They all asked me for the screen shot of what the vendor had sent me (which was surprising to me, since the V responded on the Amazon site) and they should have had a copy of that, but after I sent them the screen shot, they somehow changed seats and a new CS rep came on and asked me for the same thing again. Seems like they were never looking at the previous conversation at all. Finally, the last one confirmed that he had received the screen shot but was not allowed to give me the refund based on Amazon's internal policies. And wanted the product back before they could do that. And that is after the vendor had authorized a refund. That seemed to me that Amazon was more interested in making profits rather than take care of the customer. So my advice to those buying from Amazon is this. Please be aware that Amazon will find any way NOT TO GIVE YOU A REFUND if for some reason, you end up with a bad product from a batch. I must also tell you that I have been buying from Amazon every month for 5+ years, and this was the only time I was asking for a refund. What a fiasco!!!!Great product in concept, and should be a great addition to your work productivity, but in my case the Loudest alarm was so soft that it is barely audible. I asked for a replacement, Let's see if this was a fluke or a common issue. I will tell once the replacement arrives
