Let down by bent brushes. Though quality everything else. -Update-
The media could not be loaded. It looks and feels like the original that came with the omni X10 pro robovac, but unfortunately these brushes need to stay straight, otherwise installed they spin wrong, and do not work right, this product is okay, but let down by poor packaging probably they were squished in the box, they should come in a hard single plastic container to shield the brushes from damage.To install these your going to need a screw driver, some manufacturing manual, or a Eufy youtube video guide, which exists, installation isn't hard slide the dust bags in the same way you take it out, wheels unscrew them, and the long brush, just press the clip together and lift off the base, then replace with new one, everything was in the online video guide I watched some weeks ago. I would post links to the video, but I think it's prohibited. Just search guide for Eufy X10 Pro Omni Robovac replacement parts, or something like that.I think for 30 quid this should do better, and have more in such as 10 dust bags, 2 long brush rollers, and 10 mop pads, it only has 4 dust bags, 4 mop pads, and 1 roller, or at least round it off to 6 each, and 2 rollers, because they seem to damage easy, with my furniture placements.-Update-Ok the company got back to me and said that "You can soak the side brush in hot water for a while, and the side brush will return to its original shape". This helps, but these aren't supposed to be wet really, and have to wait for them to dry or they pickup so much muck off the floor.
