This is a very well made and sturdy stand for a surface device. This is perfect when using my Surface device as a secondary screen. This stand folds and can be carried around.

Nice stand, well engineered, well made. Beefy and not going anywhere. Recommended if you ever want to elevate your Surface.

I absolutely love this stand! The Surface is different from other laptops due to the keyboard and kick stand and this is works perfectly and places the screen at exactly the right eye level height. I can’t say enough about great this product is!

I mistook the cable management feature as described to mean that it was possible to charge my surface pro 11 from this elevated stand and it turns out that is not possible. This device simply provides a safe location to house your charging cable when not in use so that it is easy access when you do want to use it. The build quality of this elevated stand is top of the line. It has a weight to it that makes for a reliable stand, the design works in collaboration with my workflow and I love the portability of the stand--that it folds flat and fits into a separate pocket of my laptop sleeve so I can use this from a hotel room, co-working spot, conference room, coffee house, etc. The laptop sits securely on the stand and pivots about it's own kickstand so there is some angle adjustability. What I don't like about this Kensington stand is that there is only one open position. If the stand were made so that you could change the elevation, that would be a great improvement. I would prefer that this stand were 3 - 4 inches taller to optimize my posture management. This one miss is worth one full star in my book.

I love this stand for my Surface Pro. I think what makes it brilliant is how it is easy to use and seamlessly compatible with form factor of the computer/tablet. It's built strong and sturdy. It's kind of pricey, but I think totally worth it. One time, when I was working in a study group, I had a friend next to me with a Surface Pro look at me as I set up the stand. Literally, the first thing they asked -- where did you get that? I want one!

This works with my Surface Pro 9. The only caveat is that when moving the computer, take it off the stand first. You guessed it…I picked it up to shift its position, and the computer fell all the way to the floor. Luckily, it seems OK. But I might end up using this one for travel and looking for one that clamps the computer in place for work.
