Lock function explanation. Helpline help.
We’re having a very good experience with this product. Like the design very much, especially like the multifunction the many many ways that you can lock and unlock the door.We were having trouble we thought and called the helpline we got connected to April. She was very helpful. It turns out the function that I thought it was doing was not what I thought it was. She helped me with solutions. She was especially kind and animated. I believe she was truly interested in helping me out.

The product is not only of excellent quality, the instructions available for the installation and programing is excellent!Highly recommended to anyone looking to add a new fingerprint locking system.Called the service department on one question and the lady knew exactly what I need an resolved my question intelligently and professionally.Highly recommended.

Great product, especially if you have kids who need access
Works well- easy to install and set up. What I like about this is the optionality. I have kids of all ages so the finger prints and the fob are easy for them to use. App is also easy to use and good for letting people into the house. I am very satisfied with the functionality for what I paid for this!

Customer service is excellent
I had an issue with the door handle: When pressed, it would not open the door. I contacted customer service, and Aaron was very helpful in getting me a replacement handle sent to me within two days.

Doesn't work as advertised
The bluetooth funtionality is spotty at best, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. At this price I need it to work 100% of the time.
