Would like to report to Amazon; It took about a month to find and receive from CEVA & Speedy Mac. Neitherhad accurate information and did not appear to even care. Everyone was saying something different. 7 May 24 Ceva states remain home its on the way, never arrived. They act like we should not help to find the item.Very rude Ashley would not allow nor listen to what Ceva was saying; threatened us not to deliverer or they send the item back. Dates for delivery was changed over and over. They lied on the day it arrived; Speedy Mac had our shipment for 5 days and was so disrespectful this needs to be investigated!! They stated Ms. Katlin Jackson can not tell them what to do. Not to mention as a result of incorrect information, our parentswere hurt through both companies deception and incompetence. Then the ID tracking had been changed without our knowledge. This problem began 7May 2024 and from their a snowball effect of rudeness and disrepect. WE ARE REQUESTING A 40% DISCOUNT OF THE ORDER, they did not assemble, nor remove plastic nor pallet. Please feel free to contact us. This was a very terrible experience; our parents did not knowwhat was going on because of the incorrect updates. We must discuss this immaturity of others contracted to Amazon. They took no pride in assisting us. Lazy! they talked across us while on the phone.CEVA pitiful is our rating! and Speedy Mac extremely pitiful. They were bully's inconsiderate. Our parents Mother's day weekend crashed as a result. 7-10 days went by without an update. Please reach out to us atyour earliest conveinence. Please refund on a Amazon card the 40% or we can discuss it. Inconsiderate to our parents they have been. Neither deserve not even 1/10th of a star. One star will be selected just tocaution others; and to expose what happened to us.

This is a second review for my lawn ornament. Amazon didn't like it so they told me to edit it. However there is nothing left to edit, it was gone.The purchase of this mower was a disaster from the beginning. Was supposed to be delivered and didn't show. It finally showed up a week later. It was dropped in my driveway unassemblef in a crate.After removing it from the crate and assembling what had to be put on. Once assembled i waited to use it until the grass needed to be cut.As the grass grew I called the mower into service and it did a decent job the first time I used and the second time I used it.But the 3rd time I went to use it would not start. The battery was fully charged yet the engine refused to even attempt to start. Not even a good old click click.I contacted Amazon, I wanted to return it, I was advised that is was a non returnable item. Something I was unaware of when I bought it. Well then they would be happy to arranging warranty repair. Nope dead silence from Amazon when I asked.Finally Amazon advised me I had to contact Craftsman for warranty service. So I did, wondering didn't they know this 2 weeks ago. Craftsman had the same management technique for service as Amazon, silence. After a week or 10 days I get an email from Craftsman, I service request was placed in the wrong team and I need to connect with the right teamThe only way my ornamental lawn mower is ever going to cut grass is by using a local repair shop and by me paying the bill

Dislikes: Not enough room between steering wheel and seat. Seat small and uncomfortable. Have to constantly hold down on pedal to keep mowing causing uncomfortable and painful when mowing more than 15 minutes at a time. My lawn is one acre and by the time I'm finished mowing I cant walk.Likes: It's a nice color!

Used it three times last season. Tried to crank it for this season and …. Nothing! Replaced battery and still nothing. Contacted Craftsman service and was disconnected three times… transferred to the wrong department three times and got nada! Apparently, there is no service available.Do not purchase a lawnmower online. I only did because no one had one in stock in my area at the time so needed one. Amazon posted delivery within two weeks…. And that did not happen either. Just a bad outcome all around.
