I struggle to think of a single disappointment I have with this product. Perhaps the instruction manual could be better, although it's adequate if you're reasonably savvy. The earbuds are a little bulky (so not suitable for kids), and you would probably struggle to sleep with them in. That's about it for potential downsides.As for everything else... Battery life is nice, and the sleek charging case extends it further. They're comfortable and have 5 sizes of earpieces included. They connect quickly and seamlessly. The sound quality is very good (bass response is excellent).The noise cancellation, in particular, is extremely impressive. I would definitely recommend these if you take long coach or train journeys.Overall these feel like a quality product. I'm very happy with them.

They are the best for the money. Also Anker is a brilliant brand known for quality. Very happy.

Reasonable sound, good shape, fits well in the ear, they stay put even when out for a run or in the gym unlike others I’ve had. Good selection of ear pieces but those they arrived with is a good fit for me. Connected quickly to iPad, Smart phone and TV’s., etc. Very good battery life. So, all good, BUT synchronicity with videos, movies etc., is pretty awful to the point of being unusable. Apart from that they are pretty decent for the price and would have been perfect for me (fit, sound etc) and I like them so I’ll keep them.Update 3 weeks later …..I have the entire collections of Sinatra’ s Columbia and Capitol recordings and have been listening to them with the Anker Earbuds. Considering that these are older recordings the clarity of the sound is incredible. Similarly with Aretha Franklin CD’s., and others in my collection so I’m very glad I didn’t return them. Of course there are better products out there if you want to part with mega-bucks but for the price and reproduction quality the Anker Buds are outstanding.Now this amended review has nothing to do with the refund offered by AnkerDirect or their excellent Customer Service response to my earlier review as I intended to keep the Buds anyway regardless of the synchronicity problem, which I wasn’t really bothered about. An extra star for customer satisfaction.

The earphones come with 5 different sized tips making them a perfect fit for any ear. They even stay firmly in place when at the gym or going for a run. Take time to find the right size for you as this really helps the noise cancellation mode drown out as much noise as possible.The Soundcore app takes a little time to get used to but really enhances the sound once you find your desired settings. This can also help with the noise cancellation mode.Not only is the sound great, they look absolutely amazing and can connect to multiple devices.You can check the battery levels of the earphones and case at a glance using the app. On a full charge, I was able to get about 10-11 hours use and with the case charging the earphones when not in use, I was able to make it through the week before I had to charge them again.Charging the case can be done with the usb-c cable provided (you’ll need your own plug) or wirelessly if you have a compatible charging dock.Overall, these are a great set of earphones and I would have honestly expected to pay a lot more them.

I've only had them a couple of weeks so too soon to comment on durability but I wanted to flag several features that I think prospective buyers should factor in that weren't obvious when I was considering them.Firstly, the app is genuinely useful and not a gimmick. You can tailor the sound with scrap presets or get a custom sound based on your preferences in a short test. Audio purists may turn their nose up at the idea of this but I think 99% of people will find they get an enjoyable sound.The customisable controls are very useful too - and you can program them for if you are just using a single one at a time (this is an additional positive because you can stretch out battery life or be more aware of your surroundings). The sensitivity to the controls is also very good with an audible beep when tapped (and this can be turned off if you don't want it).Also the battery life of both earpieces as well as the case are displayed in the app if you need to check.A final positive is the case can be used as a phone stand. This is shown in the pictures but I just thought it was a gimmick. Turns out to be very handy on a train commute and works very well.I don't find the noise cancellation to be particularly effective but it's not a priority for me. If it's a deal-breaker for you then you may need to look at the more expensive models but my conclusion is that these are pretty much everything I need in a set of wireless earphones.
