Crashed after 3 months
Drive crashed on me after 3 months waiting to hear from microcenter tech support.Update microcenter was a pleasure to deal with for warranty replacement, got it fast.

Wish it worked in my case
My specific scenario is to put this SSD in a NVMe aluminum enclosure and make it functioned as an external drive. I formatted it as NTFS drive and connected it to my Windows 10 PC via USB-C to USB-A 3.0 with BitLocker enabled. Maybe it's the overhead of encryption or USB connectivity, or something else, the max sustained transfer throughout never went up above 120 MB/s.It wouldn't be a deal breaker if it wasn't for the fact that I experienced several times of the drive disappearing when the SSD heated up after prolonged file transfers. There was no heat sink that came with this so I guess it just couldn't dissipate the heat fast enough and stopped working. After letting it cool off a while and re-plugging it, the drive reappeared on my PC's desktop. This may not be a problem if it's mainly used on a PC's motherboard with adequate cooling. Anyway, for my use case, this setup just won't work. I'll have to return this. Disappointed.

PlayStation five has a maximum of 4 TB for internal storage drives this was useless
Don’t buy this for a PlayStation five because it’s useless with their 4 TB internal hard drive limit.

Arrived dead! Amazon is charging me 177 dollar restocking fee on a dead item!
Do not buy this trash. Many other more reputable companies sell much better drives. I took the time to install this only to not even be able to format it. Then they take forever to refund only to keep 177 dollars of my money for no reason. Synchrony will refund this. They are not keeping my money.
