I had this Franke Ascona kitchen tap fitted under 10 years ago, and since then I have had to replace its quarter turn cartridges (both hot & cold) every 18-24 months when it started dripping non-stop. At first when I contacted Franke's Central Services, they even sent me cartridges with the wrong threads which didn't fit ! After much searching I found this supplier back in 2020 and their cartridge fitted first time. Brilliant !

My dripping tap got worse as I ;eft it, to the point that it became a trickle by the time I got back to it in the morning. I needed a neighbour's help to get one of the old ones off as it was jammed firmer than I could shift with my ancient tools, but other than that, the replacement went as easily as YouTube said it would. And no more drips!

Bought these tap valves by searching number on old valve. Picture looked th same. I ordered them, they were delivered on time and fitted in minutes. Job done. I have had trouble in the past finding valves to fit taps, so many options, therfore, as these were a good price I ordered another pair as spares.Note - the dimensional drawings of the valves on Amazon site does not match the valve ?
