It is such a solid piece of kit. The gears work with ease. Easy to use, easy to clean. Strong recommendation.

Used it . But it's pressing the lights seasoning out of the mince making it difficult to get filled through the tube. Otherwise. Its easy to clean and requires two people to use.

I have a mincer that also stuffs at the same time, however I have never quite been happy with the results. It is difficult to get the meat and spices in the right mix as I can't mince and then stuff in a separate action. My Boerewors recipe uses a mix of beef and pork which need to be nicely combined.I have been eyeing up a dedicated stuffer for some time and finally took the plunge. I am happy that I chose this one.Firstly, the service/delivery was excellent. Ordered 2pm, delivered 11am the next day.Secondly, the sausage stuffer is perfect for my needs. I had minced up the filling (3.5kg of meat) the day before and let it infuse with the spices and seasonings. When it was time to stuff I loaded the casings onto the nozzle, filled the hopper and my wife turned the handle. That easy! In no time at all, the job was done.Thirdly, clean up was super simple. The stuffer comes apart very easily for cleaning and as the working parts are stainless steel, there is no fuss.There are a few things that you may like to be aware of, however I am more than happy to work around any apparent shortcomings.If you are doing a large amount of sausages, you will need to refill the hopper often. I would say 3kg filling is about the absolute maximum but I knew the size when I bought it so this is no complaint.At the end of the stuffing operation there was a sizable chunk (perhaps as much as 250g?) left in the 90 degree elbow that feeds from the hopper to the nozzle. Again, I am not complaining as after a bit of research I opted for a vertical stuffer instead of a horizontal one. This issue is common with vertical type. It was not difficult to hand stuff the remains through the nozzle into the casings.The whole machine, whilst heavy and has rubber feet, is more than likely to travel around the work place as you wind the handle. I didn't have this issue as due to previous reviews I was aware that this might happen, so I clamped the whole thing down first. There is not much room to fit a clamp to the base, so I imagine that I will in due course bolt the machine to a board and clam the board to my work surface.My wife and I also worked as a team, she doing the cranking and I doing the feeding and controling of the stuffing. Whilst I am sure that I can (and will) do both operations at the same time in the future, it certainly is easier with two people than going solo.Finally, there are two different crank cogs for the handle -slower gives more control to the filling operation and fast is useful to unwind the plunger back out of the hopper. Very useful.All in all, I am chuffed with the product and will be making good use of it in due course.

Works very well. Feels sturdy and well made. No rust after several uses.The plunger head came screwed on so well that I thought it may have been permanently attached. But it does unscrew, makes it far easier to clean. The air release valve on the plunger head also disassembles easily, be sure to remove it to clean the hole.This is just the right size for me, and the dual speed crank makes it easy to reload.

Been making sausage for over ten years, spent money on expensive machines that have left us very disappointed. This machine is fantastic. All the parts are bolted on rather than using welding to fit them. It's a sleek lightweight machine that comes with four nozzles. The smallest nozzle is great for chipolata size sausages, the biggest nozzle is great for salami sized. The process of making sausage is really easy and there is virtually no meat left in the tube. Clear instructions are included with the machine. Clamping it to the work surface is good if you wanting to use it alone. Seller communication is great. Machine arrived two days before indicated delivery date. It was well packaged protecting all its components. Great value for money

First of all the delivery from time of the order to the actual arrival was first class arrived the day after perfectly packaged the machine is so simple to assemble and the build quality is excellent 👌
