The patch is large enough to cover an area like your backbone.I have been using these patches for a hip injury and the coverage is perfect. Pain relief starts within a few minutes and lasts for several hours. Not full pain relief but it certainly reduces the pain and discomfort.

Shingles suck but these make life suck a little less and get you moving about your day. If you're looking for these, I feel for you and truly hope you recover quickly. Get meds ASAP.

Works however very poor adhesive falls off easily

These work great. The box says it needs 15 minutes to kick in, but I think it is faster. They have a thick gel layer that you can reposition. Be sure to read the opening instructions. I applied several times without reading the instructions, but it is much easier when you do. When you take them off it is painless and there is no odd smell.

I sometimes get nerves that act crazy and cause a muscle to cramp as hard as it can and won't relax. The pain is extreme in one location - calf, ankle (bends my foot inward), back of my thigh, etc. I follow directions to apply a patch along the cramped muscle and get relief in minutes.Sometimes the patch feels like it is stuck too well and is very hard to pull off. If my leg perspires the patch can come off by itself in my clothes or in my sheets if I am in bed. Overall, this product helps me when I need it and the size is appropriate for my leg muscles.

The product is effective in that the 4% Lidocaine works.And it's a good size. very adequate. The issue is keeping it on. the adhesive literally is not existent. So unless you're sitting still in one position for the 12 hours you wear it it's going to come up.

I wasn't sure about the quality, but I was greatly surprised. The pain relief is as good as, if not better than the big brand name. It is a little thicker and it sticks better that is for sure. Very easy to use and is comfortable, doesn't try to come off on your clothing. Great value for the money as it functions as well if not better than the competition.

The absolute best! Look no further, these are the same ones they distribute at the pharmacy.In my case, through Good RX, they come out cheaper than my insurance at the pharmacy, but if you need them now and don't have a prescription, this is a huge deal over buying them OTC at any drug store.Make sure to shave the area you will apply them to for maximum adhesion. They are good only for the first application. If you take it off and try to reapply, they will not stick again.
