Excellent Value; Excellent Longevity; Decent Integration; Sometimes Quirky Setup
The Good:I have used these for years. I bought these along with their Vue energy monitor back in September 2021. I have two of their Vue energy monitors and twelve of these smart switches. They have released several firmware updates over the years, support is really good, the software to monitor and control the devices is good. Exporting historical data is good. Reliability is very good.The Bad:They are rated at 15amps but can only *sustain* 10amps. This means that you can use them to manage something that floats above 10amps for a few minutes. But if the load sustains more than 10ams for long enough, the switch will (safely) shut itself off.I did have two switches go bad over this four year period. However, these were switches in the garage managing battery chargers that keep a pair Eco Flow Delta Pros topped off. This means they are in a warm environment in Oklahoma summers, powering a fairly heavy load. (10amps each for about six hours a day) That is like running a typical hair dryer for six straight hours in the summer in a non-climate controlled environment. Not bad.

Wonderful for checking electricity usage
These are not only perfect for being able to in a board disable power, but fantastic for actually seeing how much power you're using. I have one attached to my work desk, one attached to my server rack, and the others move around as needed. They have brought a lot of awareness to my electricity usage. I also highly recommend the Emporia Vue 3 for even further insight.

Great product.
Great company. If there is a problem you can communicate right in the app and get a response in 24 hours or less. They will even replace broken parts when required.I can shut down devices remotely when connected to my wifi. They are fairly accurate for power consumption and work well with the power modules for the breaker box.
