I own several different brands of these devices and this is the worst one out of all.The seller is equivalent to the product. WILL NOT RESPOND to questions about the product or warranty issues. It might say 12 months warranty but not my experience.Do what you want but I will never buy from this seller again and had I known they wouldn’t honor the warranty I would’ve returned it before my 30 days. Giving the benefit of the doubt I hoped it would get better.Like I said I own several different brands so I know this one is painful unlike any other brands and the pods or motors as they call them are magnetic instead of snaps and they pop off. The seller needs to take responsibility and honor the warranty and respond to customers who have been nothing but polite and respectful requesting support. Again do what you want but there’s too many other options than this one meaning the product and seller.

It arrived on time the machine works well, only 1 problem the belt for the wast is to small, im 225 and have a gut not going to lie. Cuase that why I bought this thing, so unless you have a 25 inch wast instead of a 40 like mine it's not going to fit you. I like the fact I don't have to worry about gel pad, the leg unit was different for me and was nice for a workout and massage. The arms I couldn't get past level 1 mode1 where on my other stimulator set I can go to level5 on mode 4. I would recommend it for people my age 57 but like I said it dosnt fit the gut. Would recommend to someone in there 20/30s. All and all it's a good machine the im going to have to fit into to really enjoy..

I am pretty experienced using TENS stick-on pads. The various size belts themselves seem to be fine. However, the "8 modes" were way too similar and were mostly a version of "tapping" or "thumping". In addition, the sensation was very sharp and weirdly painful even at the first or lowest couple levels. As a contrast test, I used a standalone TENS unit that I have for TENS pads and manually pressed the tips of its leads to the metal points on a couple size belts. The sensation was very different and much improved with the different controller! This 'other' controller had more variation in modes which could slowly build and with different patterns, so it is unfortunate the included controllers are so basic and lacking. There is some difference in electrical output (voltage and/or frequency) by the included controllers which are not good so I plan to return the set.

Product is as advertised. Works fantastic. Comfortable while walking and jogging. Easy to use and wear and an excellent value.

If i could pick 0 I would. Just received the product today. I followed the directions exactly as given in the box. After I put the Adominal belt on and changed Mode to 1 it shocked my skin as if I was shocked by an electrical outlet. This hurt so I took it off. Will be sending this back today.

If you’re not laying flat and still, these pods that deliver the stimulation will literally pop off constantly. So, it detracts from the time-saving aspect if you can’t do other things with it.
