Fantastic little machine. Spotify was already installed, so I simply had to log in and I was ready to go. Comes with a screen protector, rubber case, headphones and a charging wire. Well worth the money.

I had bought this item for listening audiobooks,radio or music,while I am working at the garden,or in the house,also for traveling.Well I have it for few weeks only,it has taken some time to work it out,but it did for short time,it started with battery being able charged only till 66% and didn't last very long.And when I tried charge it yesterday to take it for gardening,it has frozen and I can not make it work..so useless..I should't buy it..So safe your self money and time with this item,it is not worth it...

The device has a metal rim, which gives it more of a quality feel in the hand than I expected. It's a nice small size, big enough for what it's intended (playing music or other audio). The screen also looks fine, not bad at all. It's pretty nice to hold and operate.The battery seems to be decent. The main limitation of this device is the processor, while it seems to be good enough for running most apps I tried, you don't want to multitask or try anything too demanding. That said, the system is responsive—there's no lag when using the menus for instance.It's running an android system but it's locked down in a strange way; you can't sideload apps, but you can install apps from the play store. I installed a different homescreen/launcher (nova) since the default one seems to hide the play store for some reason.The device has a audio jack out, which is good. You can also use the USB-C for a digital out. I was able to install a podcast app and it worked well for this. It also worked with BBC Sounds. The microSD slot will be useful, though the fact is only supports up to 128GB cards is an unpleasant limitation.Overall, potentially useful device. The fact that you can use your phone to do anything this can do however means it's a bit limited in use cases.

Brilliant player for the money

My device seemed to be faulty i requested a refund and they were very nice polite and issued the refund very quickly. They were also dedicated to figuring out the fault so it wouldnt happen to anyone else a good company.

Purchased this for my husband to use for work so its been a month and he is very impressed.Perfect size for his pocket and he is finding it very easy to navigate and use. Definitely worth the money.

I’m left wondering if the positive reviews are people who posted immediately after receiving their product, but I bought this for my nephew and within two days it crashed with an error message and wouldn’t work again. The refund was very easy but as it was a present for an excited 8 year old we have tried again hoping to be second time lucky
