I thought this was going to have more information than it actually had. I do think this would be a great tool to put on the refrigerator. If you are a beginner with diabetes, it gives you somewhere to start and then do research from there. I would love if they had a definition of some of the categories. And possibly more foods that we eat here in the US but overall I think it’s a fine tool to use when first diagnosed.
