I decided to give Nello SuperCalm a try after seeing ads on social media sites and a few influencers I follow drink it. I like the on-the-go packaging so that I can mix my drink at work or when I'm ready to enjoy it. The taste is really nice and it dissolves without leaving alot of mix at the bottom. The lemon lime is not too sweet and has the right amount of tartness like a lemonade. It's too early to tell if it's working but I have noticed that I sleep better and I'm not as crabby after work =) I'll end up buying a few more packages because I like the taste and it's an easier way to get my magnesium for the day.

Nello super-calm dissolves easily, and the taste isn't bad at all.What works for me is taking it early afternoon; if I take it at night, I make more trips to the bathroom. The only negative part is it's on the expensive side. Nello helps with sleep quality and helps keep me calm.

I’ve tried several drink supplements and most don’t taste good at all, are just tolerable, and most powdered supplements have a gritty feel and aren’t pleasant to drink. This one tastes really good and no grit. I drank it quickly because it was so enjoyable. Only had one packet so far so no comment on the effects yet.

Maybe i dont know enough about how stress works in my own body , but i used this once before and now once again , typically before sleep . i think it helps me sleep or maybe its all in my head, the flavor is nice given you use enough water to somewhat dilute the granite texture and mix well. it dissolves quite easily in a shaker cup or using a small coffee mixer. as for vitamin content i can only compare it to what is ideal based on several google searches and recommendations and this meets those standards. its smell is exactly like what is says on the package and smells like it too. overall pretty pleased and helps with sleep in my books.

This is a great product! I'm not certain if it has helped my cortisol levels, but it has helped me in the evening to relax a bit more and slow down from the day.
