I just love how well this worked right away. I'm very pleased with it. It's got the same looks and feel as the original but yet works just perfect. I'm very pleased with it. Super easy to set up

The buttons consistently stick and really frustrating. Also, the batteries do not connect right so I had to cut up a small piece of cardboard and place on top and side it shut. So bad on sticking that I just bought another one I just found that I have purchased a couple of years ago. Thankful I finally found that so I can have something that works.

Not sure what to say bought this for my senior parents it barely worked loose pieces inside changed batteries now it won’t work if it’s a refurbished model or not

I had purchased one of these remotes because I love this style it did work straight out of the package. After 2 weeks of using it the batteries wouldn't stay connected and you could shake it and hear them rolling around. So since it was within a month I got a replacement and sent the other one back in. Now 2 weeks after using it it's doing the same thing. They are made very cheap even though you pay over $20.

Let me start by saying that this remote does work properly with my DirecTV box. But, it is lighter and more cheaply built than the original. The programming instructions that come in the box are poorly worded and nowhere do they have either a DirecTV or ATT logo. When you open the battery compartment, there are no markings of any kind, so it's possible to install the batteries backwards. The front transmitter lens is also completely different than the original. Looks much cheaper quality.But, as I said at the beginning, it does work properly.

Remote was suppose to be compatible with the directv box that I have. However I could not get it to program with the box but it would work tv.
