Sturdiness excellent . Looks great , it blends well with the other furniture l have just bought. My last home was infested with damp, mould, and spores in every item of furniture, clothes , bedding , shoes , hi fi, units, carpets, flooring, blinds etc. l did not receive compensation and l am having to refurnish my new home that l have just moved into from just my pension

The easiest flat pack I've ever built. It just has screws. No fancy fixing. I do glue the dowels (optional).The top I finished with Osmo Polyx oil . Leaves a lovely smooth finish. Takes a bit of time but well worth the effort.TIPS: Remember not to fit the top draw guides until you've screwed on the top. Do'h. Wood on wood so draws can be a little stiff. Put some wax on the draw guides.Overall a good sturdy, easy build chest of draws.

Having had Corona furniture before, I knew what to expect with the self assembly and style. This is a solid piece once it's made up and offers a good amount of storage. I made it up in an hour or so, basically because I was familiar with Corona but it could take you longer if you're new to them. A piece of advice when assembling is don't attach the top drawer runners until you've fitted the top otherwise you'll only have to remove it again to enable you to put the screws in. Once assembled though, I had to shave and sand the top three wooden runners otherwise the drawers would jam half-way in and stick. An annoying fault which I hadn't come across with other Corona drawer units. There was also a slight crack of about half an inch at the top of one of the sides but this wasn't noticeable once the top was in place. Also of note was the back and drawer bases were only hardboard whereas previous units had ply. But for the money it still offers good value once you get past the one or two shortcomings.

Looking at mixed reviews of this product I had taken the chance and got one. Luckily for me none of the wood was broken or split and all parts were accounted for. I built these chests of draws on my own in less than an hour. I would advise to use wood glue to make it sturdier. Only thing is it is soft wood so it will dent or mark easy if not taken care of. Overall I am satisfied with the end product.

My item seems to be unwaxed having to buy wax myself for it

One of the drawer side pieces was split when we opened the package. The split is along the groove for the runner. We need a replacement piece please.
