i really like these pre filled castor oil capsules. they work. this is the best brand in my opinion and the one many people choose in the natural healing world. i bought another brand because these were sold out and i will never buy another brand again. i like that i don't have to fill my own capsules as that could get too messy. i find the cost to be worth it...
