Q: Is this compatible with the gps prep on a 2021 bmw 850gsa

Hi, I bought this for my F750GS 2021 plate and it fits into my GPS holder.

Q: Will this work with the F900 XR?

If it has z bracket for nav 5 or 6

Q: Does this fit directly onto the bmw navigation cradle? i have a 2014 gs1200 with nav prep and just want to hold/charge phone and use the phone satnav.

Yes it does but you need to use usb cable to charge the phone. Not bad at all for such a cheap item .

Q: I didn't get any information with it am I just being silly where do the two lose wires go?

Usually you install the unit within the fitted BMW Sat Nav preparation bracket, clamp the phone in and connect a short USB cable into one of the 2 ports in the new bracket, depends upon your phone which end you select to go in your phone. I have not used the 2 wire cable. Maybe if your bike is not pre prepared with a b BMW Bracket you can use this to pick up a12v power supply from the bike.
