Q: Will this also measure fat percentage like the bello?

Received this from their customer service email: "...And yes, there will be an app update this spring and Fitto will provide body fat % index as well. Other fat (visceral, belly) will stay exclusive to Bello models." So it seems basic body fat percentage will be there, but detailed analysis they reserving for the bello models. I get they want to keep their product lines distinguishable, but honestly if both devices are using the exact same tech (which it seems like they are), then why not combine into one product and then save on manufacturing? Or hey, I'd pay $50 extra for that functionality.

Hi! Thanks for your question. You can reset the users through the app. Here are the steps: Go to Profile – Multiuser accounts – click your device number – Edit – remove other users.

Q: Does it work with dark tattoos?

Thank you for your question. We do not recommend doing the scans on dark tattoos. It would be better to do the scans on another part of the body without a dark tattoo. The dark tattoo could interfere with the NIR scanning.
