This is the second band I have purchased and I find it very beneficial. I use them for compression treatment and have found an improvement in my knee because of it. Good value for money.

Really helped heal my calf injury. Watch videos online. Works and I was amazed with the results. I've only used the black band.

Easy to use and effective.

So unlike most people I didn't buy these to wrap around my joints for added stability or anything like that. What I use them for is to wrap around both my feet and a dumbbell to allow me to do exercises by attaching weight to my foot (eg; Knees Over Toes Guy's programme; Hip Flexor Raises and Tib Anterior Curls). Works like a charm.I am sure they would work perfectly for their normal use too, but I have no experience there.

Seem like good quality, using to help with an ongoing ankle injury and has immediate benefits after doing ankle extension/flexion and circles. Not sure about long term benefits yet...

I love these things! They are very useful for using at the end of a long day or training or session. I would view these as an essential part of any home medicine cabinet/gym bag/health drawer. Wonderful for increasing injury recovery, and reducing inflammation. I can't recommend them enough.

These are decent bands for the money. They wrap well around your leg/arm and have a nice stretch about them. The quality looks good, so I can't see them tearing or snapping through normal use. They seem the right length as well for voodoo floss bands. The one issue I have with them is that they are a bit slick, they don't grip like some of the more expensive bands, so you need to make sure you do a good job of tying the end of the band down underneath itself.
