I would not recommend using this on a regular basis. But for the Occasional Constipation, it works very very well. Easy to mix with water and I usually add some Mio Sugar Free Flavoring to it. The Orange Flavor as stated here, Honestly I don't know. I had ordered this and received it Three times before even realizing that I was ordering the "Orange" Flavored One. So the Orange Flavoring is Not very Strong (Actually not even very noticeable) at all. But, it works great. See how your body reacts to it and adjust the ammt of powder that you mix with water depending on how you react to it. Might need it a bit stronger or Not quite as strong. Just make sure that you mix it very good and get it to disolve as much as you can > Untill the water is Clear again and has no more cloudiness.

If you are in need of a laxative that works well without cramping, this is your laxative. It works with the fluid already in your intestines so it helps to hydrate the bolus mass and allows it to pass without all the belly cramping. I have to take it due to the constipating side effects of a calcium channel blocker taken for migraine prevention. My primary told me to put a teaspoonful in my first morning cup of tea and Voila by late morning/early afternoon yeehaw! There is no taste to the powder so it does not affect the taste of your coffee/tea/juice or even water it can be mixed in. No grittiness, no nothing, you won't even know it's there.

This was doctor recommended & works well. I was concerned about the emphasis on ensuring the product is completely dissolved. I opt to start the dilution with just enough hot water to dissolve it, then add enough cold liquid to drink it. There is Zero flavor!!!

This is an effective and affordable alternative to name-brand laxatives. It works gently but consistently without causing stomach discomfort. Dissolves well in water or juice. Great to keep on hand for occasional use

this stuff is a double edge sword, it does what you want it to, but you shouldn’t use it very often. my mother used it daily for years and developed complications from a protein deficiency. this coats the inside of your intestines to make everything flow smoothly, but blocks the absorption of protein and nutrients at the same time, which is how its cousin antifreeze (another form of glycol) kills pets that drink it, they literally starve to death even though they are eating because they can no longer absorb any nutrients. if you can get by with bisacodyl, it’s much safer, save this for when nothing else works…

Same great product as in stores but with subscribe and save I get a good bargain PLUS it saves me from a trip to the store. I always have what I need in stock and I don't have to worry about it being sold out. The discount is helpful too.

I was always using Miralax because that's what they gave me in the hospital. But when I read the INGREDIENTS they were exactly the same.
