Chesterfield Style Sofa bed Venus 3 Seater 2 Seater Fabric Grey Settee (2seater, Grey)

I was a little apprehensive at first to buy a sofa online without being able to see it, sit on it or check the fabric. But it looked gorgeous and the price so good as well. I am very pleased I risked and have to say I am completely happy with this sofa, looks very nice, made really well and is very comfortable. In some reviews I read it was mentioned that seat cushions are a bit firm, so I was a bit worried that they will be too firm for my liking, but decided that I can change the foam cushions if needed, the price of the sofa allows for this. But I was pleasantly surprised the seat cushions are very comfortable and I didn't need to change them.

Very happy with the purchase- colour is amazing and matches my colour scheme. Bought 3 seater and the sofa bed is good size. Mattress is ok, but I do have a mattress topper from old bed so it’s comfy as standard bed. It’s firm sofa, which we all love- finally can watch a movie without falling asleep on a very soft sofa we had previously 🤣😂

Took 12 weeks from order till delivery, was dispatched then status changed to out for delivery - to not turning up - to not even dispatched, anyway after many calls to amazon and supplier an extra week was agreed so in our case March 13th. On that day I got a text to say delivery between 7:30 PM and 10: 30 PM. Yes peopleyou read right thats PM on a saturday night, at 9PM a van arrived with just 1 man on his own ( a polish guy but very polite and curteous) what a health and Safety nightmare if that guy got hurt on his on delivery what is a very heavy sofa, Very poor service from delivery company not to have 2 man lift, anyway together with my son they got it into a room.The sofa itself is well made looks fine but the bed option - my god its small no way can 2 people spend time on that, its metal frame and springs creak on movement, its more like a single as loads of space each side that could have been used to make this a double day bed, it also badly needs a topper too.In all its an ok sofa, as a bed its going to be hit n miss, not what I was expecting, so if your looking for a good sofa bed for 2 people GIVE THIS A MISS its not for 2 people and we got the bigger 3 seater too.

Really good quality product....Nice materialSmells lovely (often new furniture has a funky smell - not this - it smells really good)Attention to detail - the cushions have Velcro to keep them in place - the metal action frame has a pull cord on for ease of useThe seat cushions have removable coversArrived really well packaged- the guys delivering were fantastic- they called the day before to check okay to deliver, then text to say what time they would be here...delivered on a Sunday at 8.30pm and were kind enough to put in top room of 4 storey house round a narrow staircase- and were super friendly & happy (which was amazing as a last call on a Sunday & with a long journey back home ahead!) unpacked it for me and checked it over with me to make sure happy with product100% recommended- hugely professional & great quality at a good price - thank you

I received the sofa on the 21st of July but it shows that it’s still on it’s way.The quality of the sofa is horrible and want to return it, but there is no way to contact the seller and Amazon is not helping either.It states that I can return it 30 days after the receipt…but as long as it’s “not” delivered I can’t do anything so they just want me to pass that 30 day so then just to be told that I can’t longer return it.Horrible customer service from the seller and Amazon side as well. Horrible quality of the product!

Delivery was quicker than expected - just over a week.Delivery guys were super friendly when phoning to arrange delivery. They took it to the room upstairs around a difficult turn. They unwrapped it, moved it to my desired location and ensured I was happy before they left.It’s a stunning colour and firm and comfy as a sofa.It’s three quick and easy actions to open the bed which - in the 2 seater version - is a small double bed.The sofa material is durable but soft and the colour is amazing.Thoroughly recommended.

I’m very pleased with my lovely new sofa bed! The guys who delivered it were incredible as it was impossible to get it through my cottage door! Undaunted they measured up and without to much ado removed the sitting room window and dismantled the metal action on the sofa taking it through then putting everything back together! Amazing! The item is beautiful but very firm, this is ok and already beginning to soften. Thank you great company and fantastic delivery service.

It isn’t the most comfortable to sit on but I brought it as a guest bed. So don’t use it as a regular sofa to sit on or you’ll be disappointed. As a bed the mattress is very thin so I just bought a topper which works well and makes it more comfortable. Beware it takes a while to arrive, I waited 9 weeks
