The important thing: the finger print sensor is fast and reliable. Phew. Adding fingerprints and rfid cards is easy.Installation: Super easy. I did it myself and I'm definitely not a DIy person. It replaces the entire lock cylinder but it's just a screw. Check you have 4cm of clearance, it's chunkier than it looks!Once installed it sort of works like a physical key. When "unlocked" you turn it to lock or unlock the door just like a key. When "locked" it spins freely and doesn't unlock your door.

We have tried a couple of "smart" locks at home and unfortunately they haven't lived up to the specs. Either wrong sized or just poor quality ... this this is totally different. It's bloody brilliant!10 minutes to install (and I'm not a keen DIY-er) and another 10 mins to play around and figure it out. and it's fantastic.To lock: thumbprint, turn and it's lockedTo unlock: thumbprint, turn and it's unlocked.Absolute game changer. Use your phone, fingerprint, Supplied mini-cards ... all dead easy.

Amazing product, perfect fitting on my door

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this lock for a couple of days shy of 5 months, so I have a good feel for it.This look is a really nice idea, I have been using this on my home office which I would go in and out of approximately 6-7 times a night, every night, I say this only as context to my having used the lock a lot.The lock comes in what I think is a very nice package, that has everything needed to fit and start using this lock(accept 3x AAA batteries), and as I show in my video, I can put this lock on in just a few minutes.Once I’d fitted the batteries, I just made note of the “Lock ID” number, then fitted it to the door, once I’d done that I downloaded the app on iOS, and started to add finger prints and the 3x RFiD cards included, and I have to say I found it quite simple to do. The first thing I had to do was register a ADMIN finger print, after that it was as simple as taking a few steps to add finger prints or cards, and just repeating it as I went.The lock works very well, the internal door knob is always able to “unlock” or “lock” the door, there’s nothing required for it to do so, but the “External”, is where everything happens. It works with the use of “1 button”, and a fingerprint reader, that sits in a “Ergonomic thumb” space, helping to align your thumb/finger correctly.Something I find impressive is that I put 3x AAA batteries in the lock 5 months ago, and they are still reading on the screen as 50% power, which I think is good. I like how much information the screen gives me too, it shows which “print number” ie, the save order, “fingerprint 1 used”, or, “fingerprint 2 used”, which also registers on my app log, keeping track of which way the lock was opened, “key fob or finger”, and what time they opened the lock, it keeps a very good accurate list, and constantly updates via bluetooth.I also like how the “Key fobs” can be set to work for a set amount of time, meaning I could make it so someone could have access to my home office for the next 5 days, but then it would stop working, which is a very useful function in my opinion, and when we holiday, my brother has the 3rd key fob, and can get into my office to feed my fish.I think what surprised me the most about this, is how such advanced tech, was so simple for me to install, setup, and start using, because I didn't think it would be, and not only does it do the job very well, I think it looks good too. It’s a neat tidy little unit, and doesn’t look to imposing on the door.This will be staying on my home office door, because it can keep the kids out, whist meaning my wife and I don’t need to be carrying keys to get in ourselves, which is great.All in all, great lock, works well, and am very happy to be using it.

We had this lock for almost 2 months, was easy to install. Had no issues to use finger print, the fob or when using the app. Really pleased with it as we don’t have to worry about carrying keys or losing them. Highly recommended

Item received with twisted woter proof rubber seal.lock's part which is outside of door must be waterproof and for that manufacturer fitted rubber seal which when I receive lock wouldn't fit properly, seal was twisted and so there was gep and so water will get in there and damage parts stored inside.when circuit inside get wet definitely it would effect lock working. In my opinion this is design faults. In outside part there is battery compartment, a reset button,a usb port to use in emergency when battery is flat.all these parts should be housed inside part of lock. In case lock develops fault and elctronic circuitry dont work THERE IS NO MECHANICAL KEY TO OPEN LOCK. I only received today and now lock going back. It look very easy to install. Should fit ok due to design to fit various lenth.having all part outside and only covered by rubber seal and that seal is easy to open so in my opinion security not at top.looking at leaflet provided it has few good feature so i think could classified as value for money provided item is waterproof and and secure.
