This product was recommended to me by my Consultant. I had immediate relief. I have not had any reaccurrance of my problem.

I like these the most from the different brands I've bought and at a competitive price. One of the other brands were ok at first and then went rock hard inside and these don't!

Good product, good price, quick delivery, it deserves 5 stars but people often think a 5 star review might be fake.

The human body has approximately two kilos of gut bacteria (the good kind!) which complement food digestion and aid metabolism. The gut microbiota are essential for producing vitamins and break down otherwise indigestible components. They also produce hormones which can affect our mood and overall health. Intestinal bacteria also play critical roles in maturing your immune system, and a disruption to the gut microbiota has been implicated in countless human diseases, including inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease, and even obesity and diabetes. Years ago I stopped buying the occasional supermarket-version of probiotic drinks (e.g. Yakult, Actimel - either of those two alone were just far too expensive for me). Quite recently, I decided to give probiotic tablets a try. I had previously purchased Vitamin D and Vitamin C tablets from Nu U Nutrition before and decided to see if I could find something else to 'just feel a little bit better'. And so I decided to go ahead with a purchase of their Probiotic tablets a try. As always, the quality of the tablets were excellent. I took one tablet in the morning with a glass of water. Later, it became clear to me how unaware I was of a few digestive problems I had before. Before, I had intermittent 'runny' movements, random bloating, even the odd deep intestinal bubble flux. I thought this was just part of the parcel of life. I never let it bother me too greatly. However, the very next day those symptoms began to dissipate... and let's just say I had MUCH healthier and cleaner toilet habits. It wasn't completely binary but I did certainly feel like I had more energy - probably because my food was being better digested and there was slight boost in my energy levels. I wasn't as sullen and lethargic towards the end of the day.I haven't looked back since. I cannot recommend these probiotics enough - you'll save HUNDREDS on those expensive probiotic drinks. The customer service Nu U Nutrition provides is superb. I am happy to keep on using these probiotics for as long as I can - each bottle lasts an astonishing 6 months! I have recommended this product to all my family and friends and have guided them to a truly outstanding book written by Giulia Enders called "Gut: The Inside Story of Our Body’s Most Under-rated Organ".

I had a very soft #2 like watery mushy peas for over one year with no other symptoms - I decided to try a probiotic and randomly chose this one. Nothing happened for two months but in the last two weeks my #2 is pretty solid again, not exactly back to normal but firmer and generally more sausage-like. Presumably due to this product but who knows - in any case I will continue taking it.

Gut health is the current trend for people looking to improve both their stomach and mental health (mental health is now being linked to our guts). I was recommended probiotics by a gastroenterologist and have tried a few different brands.These capsules are easy to swallow, regular size not small but not too large that they get stuck. Tasteless and no adverse side effects. I only need one a day so good value for money.The biggest benefit for me is balancing my stomach acid which always has too much and gurgles, churns and can be gut wrenching.This is my third bottle of this brand as it’s the best I’ve found. I’ve discovered you must take it regularly for the effects to work but it was recommended to me to take a few weeks off every couple of months. This may be different for different people and always go with what is advised to you personally.A wonderful ‘side effect’ for me is that it also keeps me ‘regular’ which is a massive bonus for those who suffer in this department.This is now an essential part of my day and I wouldn’t be without it. 5 stars.
