Appears to be working with consistency
I have been using this product for a couple weeks now. It’s not quite long enough to see full effects, but I will say that the pills have shown some consistent growth in areas on my head. I am eager to see what results will look like in the coming future with hopes to update this review in the future.

Works for me!
The recommended dosage is two per day but I found it was breaking me out in pimples really bad so I cut back to one per day and haven't had any issues. It's done great for filling my beard but it's also had an effect on my head hair also. I'm guessing it's because of the biotin but it's definitely helped and I highly recommend!

My personal experience
Personally, I have been using the hair and beard formula for over 4 months now and I see no results. I have a little thinning on the top of my head and was hoping to have that filled in along with facial hair.. I have a bottle for December 2024 I didn't open yet. I'll finish them but, I'm considering trying another hair vitamin brand in the future.

The pills are easy to swallow and don't have a nasty taste like some other brands. After one month my hair fall has definitely slowed down. My hair, beard and nails are growing like wildfire and the quality of the hair seems shiny and healthier. Another perk is I feel amazing and don't need to take any other multivitamins because these things have pretty much everything a body needs. I know it's only been 1 month but I'm honestly stoked at what I'm seeing and feeling. I will definitely keep taking these.

How do you say Vitamin A toxicity?
This product is the reason supplements should be regulated in the United States. It provides way higher does of Vitamin A etc than is necessary. This supplement will do more harm than good and should be avoided at all costs.
