What I like: I have been using this brand of vanilla extract for 8 years now. I love baking with it. I feel like it adds the right depth and flavor to all my baked goods. However, I can especially tell the difference in my cookies. They simply taste better with this than your average vanilla extract. (The price point doesn’t hurt either.)I would recommend this to anyone who wants a deeper splash of flavor in their baking without wanting to spend a fortune on real vanilla.

This has a great flavor. However, I have to adjust the measurements for my recipes . It's a lot stronger ger than most vanilla. I use half what us called for.

I'd seen this product in the past at a Mexican market, but only tried it just a few years ago. The very low price point made me doubt it's quality. It isn't bad. I like to use this product in place of 100% pure vanilla extract in iced coffee drinks and chocolate flavored baked goods because my family's collective palate can't tell the difference. We'd been using Kirkland and McCormick brand. Why pay the premium if the result is just marginally better by our standards? I know about the extensive taste testing by reputable sources, and I agree to some extent. There are many cases when the genuine product is better, but it's good enough for our family. We still keep pure extract, but it's used far less frequently. Mainly for ice cream/custard base recipes. At the end of the day, there are more important things we would rather spend money on.

The flavor is spot on! The value is fantastic, so glad I discovered an alternative to the uber expensive pure extract. This one tastes the same and I plan to recommend it to my friends for all of their baking needs.

Excellent . I raised on this product and put it in my coffee every day. It’s not just for baking. The taste is completely different with subtle nutty under tones and zero alcohol taste.
