Q: is it hard to install this product ? is there manual thank you

Plug one end into your graphics card and the other into your existing graphics card power cables (it's like an extension). Then plug the RGB cable into a header on your motherboard/RGB controller. Not hard at all

Q: How does this connect to the hub as the connection is too small

The cable should connect to the controller box that comes with a 24-pin power cable strimmer. If there has been a manufacturer defect, you may need to reach out to the manufacturer.

Q: Using just this cable it comes with, can I still use the software to adjust the rgb lighting?

You will need the 24 Pin cable for the controller.

Q: Will this connect from a Corsair rx850 psu to a msi geforce rtx 3070 ti gpu

These are extension cables so as long as you have the right cable coming out of the PSU to start with it should be fine. I have the 3070 Gaming trio and they fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend the ATX cable as well as it comes with a desktop app managed controller

The media could not be loaded. The software is amazing for the lighting. Bery easy to installI will say this thoughIf you have this on a usb splitter it doesn't want to work. It requires it it's own usb 2.0. Same with the fans
