Worked Great for 6 Months
This door handle was easy to install and it worked great for 6 months. Now when the handle is pushed down, the latch won’t retract completely. It retracts completely when you pull up on the handle though. I have a business so it doesn’t look too professional with a faulty handle. I would expect it to last way longer than 6 months with the price tag. I would not use this type of product again. This one replaced another faulty vacant/occupied handle so maybe it’s just the nature of that type of handle.

Ridiculous privacy door lock
Purchased these door locks to use i. a commercial establishment after installing and after return perioddiscovered that a person could sick their finger in the front of the door handle on the outside of the door and lock or unlock the door from the outside! Absolutely ridiculous… need someone to contact me !! Useless lock!!!

Repackaged and missing parts
So disappointed. Orders for a wedding as we needed to fix a knob. Came in timely, etc. but the item was clearly repackaged and missing parts. Very disappointed. Going to return, but now I have to run to the closest big box store (50 miles away from home) to find a last minute solution. Waste of time and money.
