Push completely to o ring without locking collar the blue thing then re install blue locking ring and you won't have any leaks easy 😉

Repurposed some glass water bottles to create a single dosing container. VOSS spring water bottles available in 325 & 800 mL's bottles. I personally like the smaller size bottles. To complete the project you will need a john guess bulkhead fitting for each dosing container you plan on making. 1/4" clear acrylic tubing, Silicone sealant, 1/4" to 3/16" barb adaptor fittings. With a little time and effort these end up looking and performing fantastic.

I purchased the bulkhead connectors as part of a project to create a gravity fed automatic top off for my saltwater aquarium. Initially I had an issue with getting the bulk head to seal properly due to the curvature of the 2 gallon bucket that I was using. Ultimately to resolve the lead from the bulkhead I incorporated RTV silicone to both ends of the bulkhead which resulted in a leak free connection.I only needed one but it is nice to have a multi pack for other projects in the future. I would have given 5 stars but I think it would be nice if these mini bulkheads included some kind of rubber washer to create a more fitted seal thereby requiring less use of silicone. Other than they its been about six months and the bulkhead has held up great even when I frequently disconnect the hose to remove the bucket.

No room for super excitement - I purchased a new faucet for my reverse osmosis - This connector was missing from the package. In the interest of saving time and getting the faucet connected during a kitchen remodel, I purchased these. I only needed one, but I imagine due to how inexpensive they are, selling singly makes no sense. Unavailable locally at any of the big boxes or even local hardware stores, this was the path of least resistance. New faucet works perfectly, no leaks from the connector and now I have 4 spares that I will probably never need!

Good connection and easy to use to an RO line or a 1/4” line

The media could not be loaded. These are terrible. I see a few mentions of the leaks- but I’m not sure how all the positive reviews are still here.First, these leak from the actual “push connect” type compression fitting! The one place you cannot fix or do anything about. This is with an extremely low pressure, gravity fed, 5 gallon bucket reservoir.I even tried a cut off piece of tubing on the inside push connector, used my own good gaskets, tried in all possible orientations. Tried 3 out of 5 bulkheads and gave up. These are just junk.Second, which is really a moot point: they do not come with any o-rings or gaskets. You must provide your own. Doesn’t really matter though, when the push connect fittings leak.I’ve bought many other brands of cheap push connect fittings like this on Amazon and never had any problems. Perhaps these are high pressure only, but I doubt it.

Work well. I went with a 5/8 in hole. 1/2” was too small. The 5/8” slide right in, so if you want something a little snug, you might was to sand down the 1/2” or maybe you have something in between. I have this mounted on the top of a water container, so I can comment to it’s leak protection, but it doesn’t come with a rubber gasket, so you’d definitely need something else if you want to depend on it to not leak.
