Fun and Fast, but has some opportunities!
So this was my first RC since I was a kid. Overall for what you get it was a great value! It is zippy, but I dunno if it really lives up to the 48 kmph claim. It was fast, but didn't seem that fast. And the speed does go down as the battery depletes. But it comes with 2 batteries! It had good power to drive through grass, even steep inclines, as well as hop a curb when I was playing with it. It only has 1 charger though and no charging brick. So make sure you have a USB-A charger to use with it. And don't lose the cord. It only comes with 1 and it looks proprietary. Wish it was USB-C. The base seems solid, but the plastic body is quite flimsy. Which I get, to reduce weight. Just be careful how you pick it up and hold it. The instructions are a bit lacking. 2 pages of "how to use" and the rest parts list and warnings. One thing it doesn't call out and confused me was where the battery goes. I thought it was on the bottom just flipping the RC over, but you have to remove 4 cotter pins and pull the entire body off. It's easy, but for me (and maybe I'm just not used to RCs now a days) it wasn't intuitive nor mentioned in the instructions. Overall, there are some things that could be better, but for the money, I can't complain!

Great beginner RC car that will not disappoint
My family is all about remote control cars. So when my daughter was finally big enough we shopped to find her what would be her 1st rc car. I came across this One and was like this is perfect and the color she would love. Fast forward to Easter because that’s when she got it. Oh my goodness this little thing has soooo much power and is super fast. It def did not disappoint. I know it’s not the top of the line ex car but it’s decent. The only thing I didn’t like was that the steering could be a little better it’s not horrible but it’s also not the greatest. This rc car did hold up pretty well considering being used by a 3yr old. The battery did last a good amount of time and it also comes with an extra battery which is def great considering the price of the car. Would recommend as a beginner car.

Good Truck Especially for the Price
This is a good truck for the price. The turning radius is wide so only buy if you have plenty of room. It is quick for the price. The batteries last a decent amount of time. It is used by a five year old and crashed daily. It has been a year and only broke one wheel. I was able to fix it by buying a universal RC repair kit on Amazon and using the other wheel to know how to assemble it.

Fun truck for the price but it's just on the edge of being considered a hobby grade truck
I bought this for my 8 year old daughter. She's been getting into rc cars with me a lot lately and she specifically wanted a pink 4x4 truck. It's a good truck for her. It is fairly quick and it's powerful enough to run it on rough terrain. Its actually larger than I thought it would be. Its nice that it comes with two batteries, I'm not sure why deerc uses these weird proprietary battery packs but they're included. The drivetrain is pretty smooth and the 4wd system is nice. Tires are grippy and suspension is fine. The body shell seems pretty sturdy.I bought this truck while it was on sale so it was a really good price. I think it was under 70 dollars with a coupon. This truck walks the line between a hobby grade rc car and a toy grade. The important drivetrain components are metal which is good, the coils are metal, but nearly every other component is plastic. Which is not actually a bad thing, and to be totally honest, this truck doesn't get up to fast enough speeds to worry about breaking components too easily. And even though they're made of plastic the parts do seem adequately strong. It is a brushed motor doing the work but that's all you need for something like this. It has plenty of power to run around your yard or the park, etc. The steering radius is kind of larger than you'd expect for a hobby rc car with two differentials but they're not bad.The biggest gripe I have is the transmitter is super cheap and not that great to use. I mean it works but it's incredibly cheap. But on the flip side it is a cheap rc car so I guess I can't complain too much.I wouldn't buy it for myself and an RC car enthusiast would probably be disappointed, but for a kid getting into the hobby this will be a good start.

Looked great for the price point
Bought this for my daughter because overall the reviews looked good and it looked like a good entry level type of RC car. Plus it is pink which is her favorite color.Overall it looked sturdy enough and tough enough for her to race around with my hyper go dune buggy. So, package arrives, open up, charge the batteries and turn it on. With thin 5 minutes of use, bumped into a tree branch laying on the ground and the steering cervo arm that connects the control arms to the servo breaks in half.Completely rendering the steering unusable. For the money paid I expected some areas to be a little less sturdy than a more expensive model but for something like this to break so easily, especially with the speed turned to it lowest and it litterly bumped the branch, is in my opinion, unacceptable.I've had 20 dollar walmart rc cars that were more sturdy.Had this not happened I would have given 5 stars as for the other 4 minutes of use it was fast, fun, plowed through grass and claimed over loose dirt with ease.Would not recommend this for anyone unless you plan to completely upgrade it. At that point though, it would be better to get a more expensive model that has more robust internals

Worth the Price
Great product especially for the price, grandson loves using it when over. It has fantastic range and the truck looks great with quality. LIghts are pretty cool.
