Q: I have two different sizes in the pack I received. One fits, one doesn’t????

Only received one size. Maybe contact seller.

Q: Do I just remove the old perished rubber or do I have to take out the plastic bit behind it too? if so, how do I remove plastic without damaging? thx

Carefully remove top cover only..ensure edges are clear..no need to remove any other parts..find proper fit where new cover meets contact with key press point.....have found replacement parts ( softer) not as durable as wished for..but do the trick so far.👍
