The sturdiness of this fingerprint biometric safe simply exceeded my expectations! Its body is made of high-strength alloy material, and its sturdiness far exceeds that of ordinary safes. I tried to shake it hard, but found that it was as stable as a mountain. This sturdy design not only prevents external damage, but also effectively prevents fire and water intrusion. Its lock is also very precise, using multiple protection mechanisms, even if the fingerprint recognition fails, you can also use a spare key or password to open, its solidity makes me believe that, even in the face of harsh environments or man-made damage, it can also stand, guarding my treasures.

A lot heavier than I was expecting which is what I was looking for. Looks sleek and modern I hate how other safes look. Seems well belt and durable and pretty spacious inside.

To be honest I was afraid of this safe because of the electronic fingerprint . I bought anyways ans I LOVE this safe!!! Thinking how I might justify getting another one. Had dealing with their customer service dept right after it came in, found them to be helpful and polite, very quick to correct my issue. Good company!

I had high expectation for this safe. It is well engineered and I feel confident in it's ability to keep others out. However, the big Achilles heel is the lock mechanism. The 4-AA batteries don't last very long. I might access the safe a handful of times a month yet the batteries need to be replaced after only a few months. You would think they would build in a low battery warning so you know to replace them but they don't. It just simply stops working. Imagine needing to get into your safe in an emergency and you can't because the batteries are low. You need to go find your backup key and manually open it in order to change the batteries. Until they resolve this glaring engineering failure this is not a reliable safe.

I'm pleased to update my review following a resolution to my initial complaint regarding the RPNB RPHS60W safe. Initially, my excitement over my new safe turned to frustration when I found that the keys were not included in the package. This was a significant oversight for me.Upon contacting customer service to address this issue, I was initially directed to a link to purchase the keys myself, which was both surprising and disappointing. The prospect of waiting an additional 2.5 months (Chinese New Year) for the keys to arrive only added to my frustration, reflecting poorly on RPNB's commitment to customer satisfaction and quality control.However, I must commend the customer service team for ultimately resolving the issue. After voicing my concerns, they promptly sent me a key, allowing me to access my safe. This turnaround demonstrated a willingness to rectify mistakes and ensure customer satisfaction.While my initial experience with RPNB's customer service was less than ideal, the final resolution reflects positively on their commitment to support their customers. Potential buyers should take note of this outcome, as it indicates that, despite initial setbacks, RPNB is capable of providing effective post-purchase support. My revised opinion is that, while there was a significant hiccup in the process, the company took the necessary steps to correct the issue and ensure my satisfaction.

Fingerprint recognition works really well even with my dry skin. Works consistently every time. Safe is well made too. I deducted a star only because at this price point, it should be a firesafe safe and it's not. Still, I'm keeping it as it works so well.

This is a great biometric safe with sturdy materials. Well made and sturdy. The keyboard is responsive and very easy to set up. It's really sensible and organized. It was packaged very well with no damage.

This is a secure, steel fire safe that is durable and heavy enough to deter any potential thieves! Just what I was looking for in an at-home safe. I tucked it away under my desk and used some L-brackets to help secure the rear and side as the front door is quite heavy while open. The biometric finger print sensor works great, and it is really easy to program. Overall, great buy!
