Great natural ingredients hair growth shampoo
I have thin fine hair normal - dry but tend to get split ends & looks dull especially during winter.Stayed in hospital with my great aunt one night & minutes later it was covered with hairs !I decided to try this after I saw it was Amazon's choice & checking out ingredients listed.Likes ~Good for both men & women. It doesn't have additives & chemicals. No sulfates, phosphates, phalates, SLS, salt, sodium chloride or parabens.Smells good & since I have fine hair no additional conditioner is needed, That just weighs it down as there is already conditioning agents in this shampoo. Not all ingredients are listed under product description which are contained in this which actually make it better.Ones NOT listed :Glycerin - balances hair with moisture & humidity.Sodium c14-16 olean sulfate - derived from coconut oil. It's a cleansing & foaming agent.Citric acid - adjusts PH level to 5.5 which is not strong. This allows it to open cuticle maknig hair shiny.Ingredients that are listed :WaterCoconut oil - improves circulation & hair growth. Massage 10 minutes 3-4 times a week recommended to help.Biotin - hair growth known for helping thinning hair improve growth.Caffeine - interacts with follicles guiding behavior & regulates hair growth.Argan oil - moisturizes, hydrates, softens, silky & shiny. High in vitamin E. Treats split ends & frizzy hair.Nettle oil - controls natural oils.Hydrolyzed rice protein - adds natural shine, Helps volume & highlights hair.Hemp oil - contains omega 6 & 3. Stimulates hair growth. Proteiens help formation of keratin.Dislikes/suggestions ~Bottle is smaller 8.5 oz. which is more expensive than some other brands that may say argan oil or other to add volume but those cheaper products don't tend to have a combination of ingredients to help address hair growth. They tend to have other ingredients added in so they may add a bit more volume but don't actually help with hair growth. Since coconut oil is needed just 3-4 times a week I'd use this 1/2 the week & another product other half.Use one that is for volume or building hair growth & this will make it last longer. Just my opinion..I would suggest not using conditioner when using this as it does have a lot of softening ingredients. If you have oily or fine hair use a bit less & definitely skip conditioner. Oily may or may not be able to use this given conditioning ingredients in this.Needs to be determined after using 1 bottle how hair looks & improves with growth not just within a few days.

So far, so good.
So far, so good.I'm different, I use several different shampoos because using the same shampoo (any same shampoo) everyday leaves my hair limp and lifeless. So, I have a rotation of shampoos that I use each week, generally (but not a hard and fast rule 'cause sometimes I forget), not using the same one twice in a row. All are biotin based, except for T-Gel, which I use once a week. This seems to be good shampoo. I cannot give a "long term outlook" but it's found a place in the rotation. It's too soon to tell if it lives up to the promises, but it's has a unique lather - more thick and less 'foamy' than commercial brands - and I like the way it feels, and the fragrance is great. On the last order, the 'safety' seal inside the bottle had come loose and probably an eight of the shampoo had leaked into the bag it comes in. I don't know if that was Paisle, or Amazon, or UPS, but IF I get another one like that, it will be the last one I order. It's really good shampoo and I like it. So far, so good.

Good product without harsh chemicals
I have tried a couple of different versions of the Biotin Shampoo and I think this one is my favorite. It is a bit thicker than the others I have used. It creates a nice amount of lather even though it is sulfate free. After only one lather, my hair is squeaky clean. Many shampoos require me to lather twice before my hair is clean so I really appreciate the time saving with the Biotin.Last year I cut 18” off of my hair and stopped using a conditioner because I no longer had to fight the tangles. This allows me to notice what effect different shampoos have on my hair and after using this one, my hair feels silky smooth and soft. I also don't feel the shampoo dries out my hair.I spend a lot of time in chlorinated pools and knowing that my hair is full of chemicals from the water, I try to use a healthy shampoo that doesn't add more chemicals to my body and hair.I have been using Biotin shampoos for a few months now and I rarely see much hair in my shower drain. I also have a whole new crop of short hair appearing around my hair line. I don't know if this is due to the shampoo or not but I am always happy to see new hair appear.

Leaves hair limp and flat.
At first it was nice but subsequent use has left my hair lifeless, limp and with no volume or body at all. I followed instructions to a T but have not had much success with this product. Hair loss is less but it was already getting less with another product. Liked that this was USA made. But I paid $ 9 more for this product than it is now selling for. My hair is short but I've had to start using a curling iron UGH!!! to give it a bit of a lift. Don't like that. I was finishing another product and should have started to try this one right away so I could have asked for a refund. It's too late now but if you use this, try it immediately and try it for a couple of weeks at least. Hope it works for you.
