I ordered these yesterday and received them today. We needed something for the mantle to add more light to our living room, as we have no overhead lights. These are a good brightness and are a nice style.

I put it in the SMALL bathroom (where my elderly/sorta visually impaired cat's litter box is) but it was sooooooo dim! Haha I know, I know, crazy cat lady. I would use a simple night light in the outlet before but it's positioned weird so I can't open my medicine cabinet and got tired of it. I tried to buy different light bulbs but this company doesn't seem to have brighter ones. I gave it 5 stars because it is very nice and might do for someone who needs a super dim light but it just didn't do the job for me.

My lamp died after about two months. I wrote a review because I was pretty disappointed, but the customer service reached out and sent me a new replacement quickly and efficiently.Very happy with how they handled things.

Cute design, but not bright at all. I bought this to light up my hallway and liked that it could run on a 12 hours on, 12 hours off cycle after I flipped a switch once. That said, I would have been better off with a flameless candle or... nothing. It isn't bright at all and doesn't provide sufficient illumination for me in the middle of the night if I need to get up to use the restroom or let the dog out.

Bought 2. Absolutely what I needed timely and like clockwork comes on daily the time I selected 5 hours later the other lights up. I hate dark living room. Perfect and I’m happy! I’m getting 2 more worth it.

I love that it is cordless but the lightbulb is a very bright fluorescent LED bulb - very ugly and hurts if you look right at it, so hard to use on a mantle or shelf. In the questions, I read that the bulb cannot be replaced, so I am debating returning it but will think about it for a day or so. I did consider putting kraft paper or something to soften the light into the glass (there is room that you could do that to serve as a barrier between the bulb and glass). TBD for me right now. VERY bright bulb - I am confused by the other reviews who say otherwise. I have this right next to a cozy, warm gold/yellow bulb (which I would like) and the difference is vast. See photos!

The light is pretty and bright with fresh batteries, however there are several issues with the functionality. First, the one I received did not have the little screw to hold the battery cover on so it wants to fall off when you pick it up. Not a huge deal because it doesn’t get moved much, but kind of annoying. Second, there is supposed to be a timer, but there is no way to set when you want it on and off or turn it off altogether, it just arbitrarily turns on and off. Also, probably because of the timer function when you switch it on, it doesn’t actually come on. To get it to turn on, you have to take the batteries out and put them back in. I’m giving it 2 stars for looks, but the functionality is terrible. I wish I would have returned it, and went with something else. I don’t recommend.

I was looking to replace a larger, similar lamp I purchased from Amazon years ago but they no longer sell it. I found these two and they cost almost the same as the ONE I’d purchased years ago. I love them. One is in my beach-themed bedroom and the other is on my entry table. I can set them so they come on and then shut themselves off at a particular time. They’re classy and beautiful and so inexpensive.
